Our country after the successful hosting of the Olympic Games,sports powers established,how to become a sports power further,the development of mass sports is very important,the development of community sports has become the focus of sports development in our country combined with the coordination theory,independent development of the system is complacent,under the background of our society,the shortage of community sports space,cannot meet the demand of residents’ sports activities,need with the help of a secondary school sports resources solve the problem of physical space between supply and demand;The state encourages parents to school sports community sports activities for students to provide convenient conditions,to improve students’ physical quality Therefore,the coordinated development of community sports and school sports can meet the demand of community sports,and can strengthen the body quality of secondary school students,to solve the low participation of community sports in China and physical of declining of students Under the background of the community sports and school sports conveniently become the inevitable trend of the development and integration development pathThis study takes Qingdao area as the representative and takes the synergistic theory as the theoretical basis to study how to better enhance the synergistic development of community sports and school sports.Starting from four aspects of system,talent,resources,and concept,this paper studies the synergistic path suitable for the integrated development of community sports and school sports This study used questionnaire survey in Qingdao area to investigate the current situation of the development of community sports and school sports fusion,using the literature to the literature review,as to provide theoretical basis for research,through expert interview method to interview relevant experts and teachers to understand the status quo,through mathematical statistics on the results of the survey analysis Analysis using the research methods,induces the fusion of Qingdao city community sports and school sports development present situation and existing problems,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions1.The opening of school sports venues continues to develop,and the Education and Sports Bureau and the government gradually increase their support for the opening of school sports venues;At the same time,it is necessary to absorb the unique social resources of the community to support the development of school sports,establish the corresponding organization and management institutions,and promote the communication and interaction between the two through the exchange of resources to share the mutual benefit2.At the present stage,community sports lacks community sports instructors and corresponding sports management organizations.School sports have relatively perfect sports management organizations,but lack of management organizations and corresponding policies for the coordinated development of community sports.They should establish a special cooperative management organization,allocate the corresponding physical education teachers and community physical education talents to jointly manage the organization resources,jointly formulate and implement the cooperative policies,and improve the management and supervision mechanism3.The number of community sports instructors in Qingdao has increased greatly,and the recruitment scale of physical education teachers has expanded.However,the imperfect system of community sports and the academic pressure of school physical education teachers limit the exertion of physical education talents.Community sports should gather community sports instructors and community sports talents for guidance and management of community sports,and strive to enter schools for study,exchange and cooperation.Schools should appropriately reduce the burden on physical education teachers,promote physical education teachers to enter communities to shine and give off energy,promote talent exchange between the two,learn from each other,and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results4.The unification of the concept of sports development is the top priority to promote the coordinated development of the two.The long-term independent development of the two systems leads to the inunity of the development ideas of the two.The concept of the integration of community sports and school sports is difficult to popularize deeply.The two sides should make clear the common development goal to meet the needs of residents and improve the development of students’ physical quality.The community should carry out publicity lectures and training,and the school sports training class and poster publicity,so as to promote the integrated development of community sports and school sports through the joint efforts of both sides.
