Research And Construction Of Open Training Mode For Postgraduates Of Physical Education In Jiangsu Province Based On Resource Sharing

With the development of society and economy,graduate education shoulders the historical mission of cultivating the socialist builders and successor of all-round development.Since the regulations on academic degrees of China was issued in 1980,the number of graduate enrollment has increased year by year.Graduate education in China is expanding the scale,improving the level and running forward steadily now.Meanwhile,the growth rate of Master of Physical Education graduates is significantly higher than the national growth rate and its development maintains a rapid momentum.However,the quality of postgraduates in physical education has become a bottleneck in restricting the development of postgraduates in physical education.Closed training mode is simple,formalized,and the quality of training cannot meet the needs of society and adapt to society.To cultivate a large number of high-level compound talents,we must reform the existing training mode.Therefore,this paper constructs and studies the open training mode of postgraduates in physical education in Jiangsu province on the basis of resource sharing.The author studies mainly by the literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,logic analysis and other methods.This paper puts forward the theoretical basis of constructing the open training mode of postgraduates in physical education in Jiangsu Province,and discusses the feasibility and necessity of constructing it.At the same time,the goal,the principles and the system structure are also mentioned.Finally,from the level of policy and system,the author puts forward a preliminary discussion on the guarantee system of this mode.Based on the results of the empirical study,the ideas of constructing an open training model are proposed.At present,in Jiangsu Province,most colleges are lacking appropriate guidance,evaluation,supervision,so the quality of graduate education and the social needs for talents is not highly consistent.With the guarantee of the policy system and information exchange,we should integrate political and carrier resources tobuild a platform for resource sharing.Then we can put forward the short-term,medium-term and long-term goals of constructing an open training mode.Based on the training objectives and principles,we can also promote the horizontal communication and vertical development between schools.In terms of management and supervision,establish long-term management and monitoring mechanism.At last,strengthen the top-level design of graduate students training objectives and co-ordinate teaching and practice.
