Research On Employment Willingness Of Postgraduate Majoring In Social Work

With the rapid development of the social work industry and the strong support of the government,the demand for high-end social work professionals in the social work industry has gradually expanded.However,in the case of public health emergencies,the employment situation of graduate students in my country is not clear,and the turnover rate of practitioners in the social work industry remains high,especially in recent years,the rate of counterpart majors of social work graduates has gradually decreased.As high-end talents in the social work industry,social work graduates who choose their major during the job search process play an important role in the development and growth of the social work industry.This research first summarized and sorted out the literature of CNKI database,and analyzed the current development status of graduate employment and social worker employment respectively.Social work education in H colleges has developed rapidly.Higher education across the country has entered the stage of popularization,and the characteristics of postgraduate social work education in various colleges and universities are outstanding.Under such a realistic background,this article adopts a questionnaire survey research method,integrates and combs the collected data through SPSS statistical software,analyzes the employment willingness of students majoring in social work,and conducts a regular analysis of related influencing factors,and obtains Draw out the degree of influence of related factors.The survey results show that the willingness of social work graduates to find employment in the social work industry is average,or even low;among them,female students choose social work in a higher proportion,and fresh graduates choose non-social work in a higher proportion.In terms of factors affecting employment willingness,social work graduates will be affected by the following four factors when they choose their employment willingness: family background,school training mode,development of the social work industry,and personal professional ability.Finally,this research puts forward specific suggestions based on the results of various data analysis to guide the employment desire of college social work graduate students in the social work industry.Suggestions include the following aspects: improve the employment hard and soft environment of social work graduates;optimize the internal environment of social work institutions;strengthen the professional capabilities of social work graduates;enhance the job-seeking competitiveness of social work graduates;enhance society Psychological quality of employment of graduates with a master’s degree in work.
