| Interpersonal apathy is a kind of negative social interpersonal phenomenon,which mainly refers to an individual’s response to others’ dilemma in the process of interpersonal interaction.This response involves not only emotional apathy,but also a "hands-off" interaction with no sense of morality.With the change of times,the problem of interpersonal apathy of college students has gradually become prominent,showing the tendency of behavior such as fear of trouble,high sense of social danger,demand for return and fear of being blackmailed.As an important personality trait,responsibility is a person’s conscious awareness and behavioral tendency of his or her obligations.This psychological ability,which is highly internalized to social norms and moral requirements,can significantly predict an individual’s pro-social behavior.Therefore,role responsibility,as an important psychological quality,will influence college students’ choice of apathy behavior in interpersonal interaction.According to the theory of moral disengagement,morality does not play a stable role in the function of self-regulation.Through some specific cognitive regulation mechanisms,the internal control function of morality will be selectively ineffective,thus increasing the immoral behavior of human beings.Through the combination of questionnaire research and experimental research,this paper analyzes the factors that influence college students’ interpersonal apathy behavior,in order to change the bad interpersonal interaction pattern of college students and build a harmonious campus.In the first study,318 college students were tested by questionnaire to investigate the relationship between role responsibility and interpersonal apathy,responsibility diffusion and responsibility transfer.The results show that the role responsibility level of college students can significantly predict the phenomenon of interpersonal apathy,and responsibility diffusion and responsibility transfer play a partial mediating role in this phenomenon.Research on the basis of single factor in study participants between experimental method,with the classic charity helping behavior experiment tasks as indicators of interpersonal indifference,through students start role the sense of responsibility,verification of its effect on interpersonal indifference,while continuing to adopt singlefactor experiment design between subjects,additional responsibilities in dispersing and responsibility two experimental condition to verify the mediation role.The results show that responsibility diffusion and responsibility transfer can significantly increase the interpersonal apathy behavior of college students.Through the above research,it is found that as an important personality trait of college students,the higher their overall level of role responsibility is,the less likely they are to engage in interpersonal apathy,while responsibility diffusion and responsibility transfer,as a moral disengagement mechanism,will significantly increase college students’ choice of interpersonal apathy. |
