| In recent years,the scale of college students is constantly expanding,and the number of college graduates is also increasing year by year.Under this background,how to solve the employment problem of college graduates has become one of the hot issues in society.The emergence of independent entrepreneurship can alleviate the employment pressure and realize diversified employment channels.According to the statistical data of the employment situation of college students from national Max Research Institute and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2019,the proportion of undergraduate students adopting independent entrepreneurship to achieve employment is 1.6%,and the proportion of higher vocational students adopting independent entrepreneurship to achieve employment is 3.4%,and the number is still increasing.It is estimated that after three years,the proportion of graduates who will start their own businesses in 2019 may increase to 8.1%.This shows that more and more college students choose to start their own business after graduation.Considering that self employment has certain risks,and it belongs to the Internet age,under the social background of the Internet,Internet entrepreneurship has become one of the main employment channels for graduates.Therefore,this paper takes private colleges and universities as an example to investigate,through the investigation of private college students’ Network Entrepreneurship,to understand the entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors.This paper first analyzes the theory of planned behavior,the theory of ternary interaction,and the theory of personality traits,and then makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of College Students’ online entrepreneurial intention in Jiangxi Province Based on these three theories.This paper analyzes college students’ willingness to start a business online from five dimensions: personal background,personal characteristics,entrepreneurial attitude,entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial education.Through the questionnaire survey of three private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,it is found that in the 489 valid samples,Internet internship experience,entrepreneurial experience and gender in personal background have a significant relationship with college students’ Internet entrepreneurial intention,while age,major,student origin and grade have no significant relationship with college students’ Internet entrepreneurial intention.In the other four dimensions,entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial attitude,entrepreneurial education and personal characteristics are also significantly related to college students’ online entrepreneurial intention.Therefore,in this context,from the personal entrepreneurial quality,to improve students’ entrepreneurial ability;Change the attitude of students to start a business,establish a correct concept of Network Entrepreneurship;The mode of entrepreneurship education should be reformed to stimulate the entrepreneurial will of college students;Strengthen the policy guidance,create a good entrepreneurial environment,four aspects put forward to enhance the network entrepreneurial intention of private college students in Jiangxi Province. |
