Adult education as a kind of education form of the national education series,mainly for working staff education,professional education and general education advanced after the education,its social performance for social organization,universal,is a kind of strong social education activity,has a significant to the promotion of national comprehensive cultural quality of the positive role,It is conducive to the overall promotion of the intellectual and cultural level of our people.However,due to its enrollment,management,social characteristics and other reasons,the social recognition of it has been in dispute.Due to various considerations,there are great differences in the recognition of adult education among employers.In this paper,the theoretical knowledge learned,combined with field interviews,logical analysis and empirical research and other research methods,to investigate and analyze the social recognition of adult education in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,and then put forward targeted countermeasures.The full text is divided into 6 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborating the research background,research purpose and significance,summarizing the previous research results at home and abroad,clarifying the research content,methods and ideas of this paper,and stating the innovation and shortcomings of the research.The second chapter is related to the concept and theoretical basis of the study,mainly defined the concept of adult education and diploma effect,human capital theory and screening theory are stated,and their application in the paper is explained in detail.The third chapter is related research on the development status of adult education in China and the evaluation of social recognition.It investigates the development status of adult education in the whole country and Jiangxi province,and expounds the evaluation of social recognition from four aspects: enrollment,teaching,style of study and graduation.The fourth chapter is the adult education of social recognition and existing problems of related research,through an investigation into adult education social recognition,and access to relevant data,found that the adult education diploma is not recognized by the enterprise,of questionable quality of adult education,the low degree of the public understanding of adult education,adult education graduate management is relatively loose,etc.The fifth chapter is the adult education in our country social recognition model building and the cause of the problem,through the model building and analysis of data,dig into problem causes,and analysed,it is concluded that the ability to identify the weak,teaching process be despised,propaganda high enough,the contradiction between graduation and enrollment rate of four big problems.On the basis of the previous research,the sixth chapter puts forward policy suggestions on improving the social recognition of adult education in China from four aspects:strengthening the construction of ability identification signal,teaching innovation and reform,enhancing the influence of adult education,and strengthening process management to ensure the graduation pass rate.
