In September 2014,the State Council issued the Opinions on the Implementation of the Reform of the Enrollment System for the Examination.The document clearly suggests that the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination should be initiated and reformed to ensure the students’ comprehensive and individual development."3 +3" college entrance examination mode,regardless of science and technology trends.Fixed class system can not meet the "3 +3" diverse needs of course selection.In addition,teaching organization can not be limited to the traditional classroom teaching time and space,should break the shackles of space and time,optimize the teaching structure,improve efficiency.In order to adapt to the reality of the objective changes and the trend of reform,hierarchical teaching organization to take classes to try to apply to the daily teaching of high school.However,due to China’s high school education has been using a fixed class teaching system,the sudden use of hierarchical shift system,so that teachers of teaching design produced a lot of doubts and problems.The author hopes that through proposing the topic of "the study of teachers’ teaching design under the background of hierarchical system of general senior high school",teachers can help them sort out the new needs of teaching design and find solutions to teachers’ problems,so as to improve teachers’ The scientific theoretical level of instructional design and the practical quality of teaching design.In this paper,through a large amount of literature,this paper makes a systematicinvestigation and analysis of the instructional design of teachers in Sichuan Middle School under the hierarchical shift system.It summarizes the concrete implementation methods and perplexities of hierarchical shift system,In the background of the system,there are some problems in the teaching design concept,behavior and training of S secondary school teachers.It is found that teachers can use the more comprehensive and more targeted analysis of learning conditions,more flexible evaluation methods,individualized training content,rational teaching design,as long as the teachers clarify the need for hierarchical and shift-based instructional design.The scientific nature of teaching design,making teachers teaching design in line with the characteristics of hierarchical shift system.And provide some reference for the specific instructional design in the reform of hierarchical system.
