The new college entrance examination reform policy has attracted the attention of all sectors of the society.The reform plan clearly proposes that the division of liberal arts and science should be abolished in the senior high school stage,and students should choose subjects freely.In order to ensure students' independent subject selection,high schools have to reform the single administrative class teaching organization form and implement the class shift teaching,so it becomes an inevitable trend of high schools to cope with the new college entrance examination reform.As the second batch of pilot projects for the reform of the new college entrance examination,Shandong is also a major education province,it must face many challenges and opportunities in the process of implementation.Based on the new college entrance examination,this study mainly adopts the questionnaire and interview method to conduct on-the-spot investigations on three different types of ordinary high schools in L,J and Z.Through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students,the three main aspects of the students' current situation of class selection,the current situation of class shift teaching and the impact of class-shifting on students.Specifically,the current situation of students' choosing courses mainly includes students' attitudes,the time of course selection,the reasons for choosing courses,the subjects selected,and the preparations before the course selection.The current situation of students' class shift teaching mainly includes the type of shift,the problems encountered in the shift,and the teachers and students' perceptions of the shift;the impact of the shift on the students is mainly from the three aspects of students' academic life,interpersonal communication and career planning.In the course of the investigation,many problems were also found.Firstly,there were problems in the selection of students,such as insufficient professional awareness,fewer physical examinations,limited student selection rights,and insufficient preparation work.As far as the class shift teaching,the scale of the shift is still small.Most of them do not involve stratification,students are not enthusiastic in anticipation.In terms of the impact of class selection on students,Problems such as widespread pressure and increased student management problems.In response to the above problems,this study also put forward some advice.In the course of course selection,one should start career planning education as early as possible in the basic education stage,and secondly,change the physical assignment method to fundamentally guarantee the fairness of physical selection.Third,we must integrate resources inside and outside the school,and prepare for the class shift system.In the process of class shift teaching,firstly,each school needs toselect the appropriate walking teaching mode according to its own reality.In addition,it is necessary to enhance students' recognition and enhance the overall cohesiveness.In terms of the impact of class selection on students,it is necessary for each school to establish a student development guidance system as early as possible to provide comprehensive guidance for students' selection,study,and life.In addition,schools need to improve their management systems and appropriately introduce intelligent management methods.
