This article is mainly to study the relationship between the life cycle theory and organizational structure of Beijing Intron Education Consulting Co.,Ltd.,and its focus is to analyze the manifestations and characteristics of the relationship between the two in the field of education and training to predict the overall development trend of the industry.In the context of this development trend,the organizational structure of the education and training industry and the internal organizational structure of Beijing Intron Education and the upgrading and optimization plan,and at the same time explore how to improve the organizational efficiency of my country’s training companies under the new situation,and strengthen the alignment of organizational and corporate strategies To improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.Through the analysis of the organizational structure of Beijing Yingheng Education,this paper summarizes a set of feasible corporate organizational structure upgrade overall thinking.This article describes the main points to be expressed from six aspects.The first part explains the research background,significance and research methods of the thesis.The second part explains the life cycle and organizational structure theory,etc.,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for this article.The third part mainly elaborates the development process of Beijing Yingheng Education’s organizational structure and the problems encountered,focusing on the difficulties encountered in the development of the organizational structure since its establishment and the reasons for its formation.The fourth part is to put forward specific suggestions and solutions for the actual situation of Beijing Yingheng Education.The fifth part is to clarify the implementation steps of the specific optimization plan,the future development direction of the enterprise and the ultimate goal to be achieved.The sixth part is to summarize the research content,and then point out the next development direction.In the process of studying the development of Beijing Yingheng Education,this article explains in detail the necessity of organizational structure optimization and how to effectively optimize it according to the internal and external environment of the enterprise and the characteristics of the industry.Three commonly used research methods are adopted in this thesis: the first literature analysis method,consult the internal and external data of the organization structure,sort and analyze the related theories of the organization structure and life cycle related theories,and provide theoretical and factual basis for the research of this article;The second is the survey method(questionnaire survey and interview method).This article uses questionnaire surveys to investigate the internal employees of Beijing Yingheng Education,investigating employees’ views on the current company’s current organizational structure,and analyze the adaptability of the existing organizational structure And effectiveness;the third is the case analysis method.This article takes Beijing Intron Education as a case for analysis.Through the analysis of the organizational structure evolution process of Beijing Intron Education in its early stage,growth period and mature period,it proposes the current Beijing Intron Education The current situation and problems of the educational organization structure,combined with the overall development of the internal organization structure,put forward suggestions for the improvement of the Beijing Yingheng Education organization structure.Finally,the significance of this article is to further explore the relationship between life cycle theory and organizational structure,focusing on analyzing the manifestation of this relationship in the field of education and predicting development trends.In this context,the optimization and optimization of the organizational structure of the education and training industry sustainable development.
