Over the past 20 years,China's private education and training industry has developed rapidly.Investment in education science and technology has become a hot spot at home and abroad,and the scale of various types of enterprise mergers and acquisitions and asset securitization in the education industry has reached a new high.The transformation of listed educational institutions has become an inevitable trend.In 2016,the scale of M&A will increase to its peak.Private education in China has experienced a golden 10-year development period in the private education industry,especially in the early development of language training and education institutions.At this stage,it has gradually occupied half of the country by the big giants of large national chains such as New Oriental,EF and Global IELTS.Many small and medium-sized training institutions mainly focus on small language training.For example,this paper chooses SK Education Group as the research target.With the continuous expansion of business scale,the early organizational structure of SK Education Group has been unable to adapt to the current multi-brand strategic development plan,or even to meet the rapid growth of business management needs.Under the influence of this background,if enterprises want to achieve the goal of sustainable development,they must redesign the organizational structure system.In the process of optimizing the organizational structure of the group,they need to establish a safeguard system,and make clear the reasonable distribution of power,responsibility and interests within SK Education Group.All the above are the core contents of this paper.By investigating the internal and external environment and interviewing the managers of SK Educational Group,this study concludes that the organizational structure control system of SK Educational Group before 2017 can no longer adapt to the current development.This study is based on the relevant theoretical research of organizational structure,organizational structure change,strategicmanagement and so on.It analyses the optimization design and implementation of organizational structure of SK Educational Group from the perspective of organizational structure.It holds that the strategic objectives of SK Educational Group are launched.At the same time,it is also a dynamic adjustment process.Through the theoretical analysis of organizational structure at home and abroad,the factors that may affect the organizational structure selection of SK Education Group are analyzed.At the same time,I use my own work resources to obtain the development and change of the organizational structure mode of SK Education Group.This study mainly adopts literature research method,organization analysis method,case analysis method,work analysis method and expert interview method,based on multiple levels,we analyze the department setting and responsibility allocation of SK Education Group,so as to promote the development of various management work.Through the investigation and study on the organizational structure of SK education group,the problems are found out and the specific methods to solve the problems are put forward.At the same time,through the study of the optimization of organizational structure adjusted,expect to help SK education group implement the optimization of organizational structure,further straighten out the internal relationship,perfect governance structure,SK education group enables the SK education group in the future development to smoothly,also hope to be able to have similar situation on domestic private education enterprises provides certain ideas and inspiration,to provide a certain amount of transformation on the general direction or in the internal management of a new upgrade.
