Research On The Cultivation Of Psychological Education Ability Of Master Students In Ideological And Political Education

In recent years,the state has put forward higher goals for the quality construction of ideological and political work.In 2017,the party group of the Ministry of Education of the Communist Party of China proposed in the “ 《 Implementation Outline of the Project for Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities》” that“we should adhere to the combination of education of heart and morality,strengthen humanistic care and psychological counseling ” and regard “ psychological education ” as an important task to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.In order to undertake the mission of “moral and psychological education” of ideological and political education,a team that not only grasps the principles and methods of ideological and political education,but also can skillfully and accurately use the relevant theories and methods of psychological education is the basis for ensuring the effective implementation of ideological and political work.This paper takes this group as the research object from the perspective of postgraduates of ideological and political education.The main purpose is to explore the path of cultivating postgraduates ’psychological education ability,strengthen the team construction of ideological and political education,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.The research in this paper is divided into two parts :The first part uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of the psychological education ability of the postgraduates who are studying ideological and political education and those who are assistant counselors.The survey results show that the total average score of assistant counselors ’ psychological education ability and the total average score of students ’ self-assessment of job competence are far higher than those of ideological and political education master students,and all think that it is necessary to cultivate psychological education ability during graduate students.In the second part,through the analysis of the training programs for the postgraduates of ideological and political education in some universities and interviews with the teachers of ideological and political education,we understand the overall training status of the psychological education ability of the current postgraduates of ideological and political education and conduct research and analysis.The survey found that 45.83 % of the surveyed universities did not offer courses that can directly cultivate psychological education ability;In classroom teaching,teachers will also involve some psychological factors,but most of them are unconscious and implicit,and the focus is not on the direction of ability improvement.For extracurricular activities,most colleges and universities have made clear requirements.However,due to low assessment standards,weak self-awareness of some students and weak willingness to participate,the effect of practical education is general.Research conclusions :1.Assistant counselors have a high demand for psychological education ability in their work practice.Through practice,their overall level of psychological education ability is higher than that of postgraduates in ideological and political education.2.Masters of ideological and political education psychological education ability level is low,psychological education consciousness is not strong,so to enhance their psychological education consciousness,cultivate psychological education ability.3.This study intends to put forward the CTAAE path to cultivate the psychological education ability of postgraduates of ideological and political education,namely,to construct from five aspects : Creat atmosphere,Train,Apply,Advance and Evaluate.
