Purpose of the study: Different specialties have different power generation patterns,and in basketball alone more than half of them are based on unilateral power generation.Bilateral explosive strength training can increase muscle cross-sectional area and muscle circumference,which has a good effect on improving absolute and explosive strength.However,bilateral explosive strength training causes compression of the spine,and the movement pattern is more fixed,resulting in a more obvious weak side chain.The research object selected for this paper is basketball students of undergraduate sports training majors.Through in-depth understanding and observation,it is found that this group generally has a good level of sports technology,but the comprehensive physical fitness and explosive power are lacking.However,with the continuous development of CUBA and SCBA leagues,higher requirements are put forward for this group,and more scientific and effective methods are sought to improve overall physical fitness and explosive power.The study takes lower limb explosive power as the entry point and investigates the effect of unilateral strength plus rapid stretching compound training on lower limb explosive power of college basketball students.Research methods: The paper mainly adopted research methods such as literature method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical and statistical method,and the subjects were 18 male basketball special students of sports training in Tianjin Sports College.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,and the athletes in both groups under the same conditions performed unilateral strength plus rapid stretching and bilateral explosive strength training 3times a week for 8 weeks.Lower limb explosive strength tests were performed before and after the experiments,recorded and then analyzed.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of training intervention,subjects in the experimental group showed different degrees of improvement in the lower limb explosive strength test indexes,including 10 m sprint,semi-squat jump(SJ),reverse jump(CMJ),centrifugal utilization,single-leg jump,assisted long jump,and assisted touch height in the horizontal and vertical explosive strength tests,which produced significant differences in performance before and after the improvement;in the six tests of vertical jump on the dynamometer,weightlessness Time t1,centrifugal phase time t2,centripetal phase time t3,weightless phase peak force Fe1,centrifugal phase peak force Fe2,and centripetal phase peak force Fe3 were improved to different degrees in the six tests of longitudinal jump on the dynamometer,producing significant differences.It indicates that unilateral strength + rapid stretching compound training can effectively improve the explosive power of lower limbs as well as the power generation rate and output power of longitudinal jump for college basketball majors.(2)In the control group,after 8 weeks of traditional bilateral explosive strength training,the subjects had different degrees of improvement in the lower limb explosive strength test indexes,among which the horizontal and vertical explosive strength test scores of standing long jump,half squat jump(SJ),single-leg jump and assisted long jump had different degrees of improvement before and after,producing significant differences;the six centripetal phase time t3 and centripetal phase peak force value Fe3 indexes of vertical jump on the dynamometer were In the long jump,there were different degrees of improvement and significant differences.This indicates that the traditional bilateral explosive strength training can also improve the explosive strength of the lower limbs of athletes.(3)After the 8-week training intervention,the test indexes of the experimental group and the control group were improved to different degrees.In the comparison between the experimental group and the control group on the test results of lower limb explosive strength and longitudinal jump force rate,there were significant differences in the reverse jump(CMJ),single-leg jump of the inferior leg,assisted long jump,assisted touch height and longitudinal jump force rate.The experimental group improved better than the control group in most of the tests,indicating that unilateral strength + rapid stretching compound training was more effective than traditional bilateral explosive strength training in improving the explosive strength of the lower limbs of the subjects.Conclusions:(1)The horizontal and vertical explosive strength of the lower limbs of the experimental and control groups were improved to different degrees.However,the effect of unilateral strength plus rapid stretching compound training in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group.(2)The training means of the experimental group were more advantageous than those of the control group in the centrifugal phase of the CMJ longitudinal jump,while the centripetal phase of the control group was more advantageous in the power generation efficiency.However,the overall improvement of centrifugal utilization rate and longitudinal jump force rate in the experimental group was more significant.(3)Unilateral strength + rapid stretching training improved bilateral muscle strength imbalance and increased centrifugal utilization of lower limbs. |
