| The purpose of this research is to preliminarily construct the evaluation system of coaching ability of college basketball team coaches,and use empirical application in Qingdao colleges and universities as examples,using literature data method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,analytic hierarchy process,logical analysis Method,to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system of coaching ability of college basketball team coaches,aiming to enrich the theoretical basis in this field,perfect and enrich the research system in this field,and at the same time,to build an effective evaluation index for the ability and quality of basketball coaches and provide a good basis for Chinese basketball.The evaluation of coaches provides a set of practical indicators to promote the overall quality of college basketball coaches.The following results are obtained through research:1.According to the actual situation of the coaching ability of college basketball team coaches,adjustments were made,and after the third round of expert consultation,8 middle-level indicators were determined,namely,skill ability,teaching and guidance ability,training ability,on-site command ability,management ability,Scientific research ability,innovation ability,and cooperation ability;44 plan layers have been identified,of which skills and ability are divided into 2 plan layers,teaching and guidance ability is divided into 9 plan layers,training ability is divided into 9 plan layers,and on-site command ability is divided into There are 6 program levels,management capabilities are divided into 5 program levels,scientific research capabilities are divided into 5 program levels,innovation capabilities are divided into 3program levels,and cooperation capabilities are divided into 5 program levels.2.Through empirical research,it is found that this evaluation system can more accurately evaluate the ability of coaches of college basketball teams. |
