| Coaches play an important role in the process of training athletes to become talents,and behind the outstanding achievements of athletes are inseparable from the coaches’ silent efforts.High-level football coaches have unique insights in the selection of materials,the formulation of training plans,and the command of the game,and can lead the team to develop along the right track.It is of great significance to continuously improve the coaching ability of high-level coaches and enhance the coaching ability of the whole team of coaches for the training of high-level football players in China.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis to build the evaluation system of the coaching ability of the coaches of the high-level men’s football team in the national colleges and universities,determine the weights of the indicators at all levels of the coaching ability of the coaches,and conduct empirical research on the evaluation system to fully prove the rationality and applicability of the evaluation system.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The construction of the coaching ability evaluation system of high-level men’s football team coaches in ordinary colleges and universities across the country needs to be constructed in accordance with seven principles: scientific,comprehensive,systematic,representative,oriented,objective and comparative.(2)According to the feedback results of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires,the proposed indicators are eliminated,modified or retained,and finally the evaluation system of the coaching ability of the coaches of the high-level men’s football teams in the national colleges and universities is constructed.The evaluation system of coaches’ teaching ability includes 1 first-level indicator,9 second-level indicators and 66 third-level indicators.(3)The weights of the indicators of the evaluation system of the coaching ability of the coaches of the high-level men’s football teams in the national colleges and universities are determined by the analytic hierarchy process.According to the weight value of the secondary indicators,they are ranked as follows: training ability,competition guidance ability,teaching ability,management team ability,teaching resume,talent selection ability,social ability,learning ability and scientific research ability.The corresponding weight coefficients of each evaluation index are 0.2131,0.1814,0.1777,0.1404,0.0920,0.0584,0.0517,0.0504 and 0.0350 respectively.(4)The research demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to conduct empirical research on ordinary colleges and universities across the country,fully proving the rationality and applicability of the research evaluation system,and providing certain reference value for coaches’ self-test or other side. |
