Tennis,as a result of its fine action, intense confrontation, changing tactics and fans around the world by the widely loved, and therefore also known as the world's second largest ball games. As a network of confrontational movement, its technology, master the degree of batting stability almost determines the final victory of the game.Is the backhand hit the ball,is the tennis training, the game is the most common and most commonly used batting action. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to use scientific and reasonable training methods to improve the stability of tennis front and back combat The core strength training has provided new ideas and methods for tennis technical training. With the current level of technology, training methods, nutrition and other aspects of the continuous improvement of the overall level of tennis players are gradually improving. For the level of technical and tactical, the overall gap between the athletes is not far,but the strength of contrast, for the level of competition, the core strength of the training level is particularly prominent. This paper selected Hunan Normal University a total of 24 sports professional tennis special college students, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 12 people, and under the same conditions for positive and negative Shoot the basic training(for 12 weeks,2 times a week, every 30 minutes). The difference is that the experimental group of students using the core strength training;control group of students is the use of general strength training. After the training data collection, using SPSS 19.0 data statistics and analysis,to draw the following conclusions:(1)After the experiment, the experimental group after 12 weeks of core strength training, reflecting the core strength of the eight-level abdominal bridge experiment, flexure sit-ups test of the two indicators have significantly improved. However, the improvement of the above two indicators is not significant, indicating that the core strength of the training method can significantly improve the core strength of athletes.(2)Both the two kinds of strength training can make the stability of the rebar in front and back is very large, the training effect is very significant difference.(3)Two kinds of strength training can make the stability of one-way moving back and forth diagonal ball has a greater improvement, the training effect showed significant differences, but in terms of stability, the experimental group, indicating that in the balance of the body, the core strength training can be used as a general strength training that is an effective complement to traditional strength training.(4)After the experiment, the contrast between the experimental group and the control group was compared with the increase of the front and rear of the left and right movement of the right and left hand, and the results showed that the experimental group had the stability of the positive and negative diagonal ball,The rate of improvement was significantly higher than that of the control group. It shows that the improvement of the stability of the forward and backward handball has some advantages over the general strength training(traditional strength training)method in the non-equilibrium state of the body.(5)After the experiment, the scores of the "ITN" test scores in the experimental group and the control group were compared, that is,the scores were compared. The results showed that the difference between the experimental group and the control group was compared with the control group, which shows that the core strength training has a significant advantage over the general strength training(traditional strength training)for the improvement of "ITN" test accuracy without specifying the hitting line.
