Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Students' Behavior Cultivation In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities in our country, higher education has been gradually moving towards "mass education" from "elite education", and the higher vocational colleges which embody the popularization of higher education have been developing at a very fast speed. However, due to the influence of the enrollment levels, higher vocational college students quality relatively low, coupled with vocational education in teaching focus on students skills to master, but neglects the students' cultural quality education,students in the ideological and moral behavior habits exist a lot of problems. How to cultivate high-quality technical talents that meet the needs of social development, which is a major issue in the face of Higher Vocational colleges. students develop good study habits, living habits and psychological quality, to improve the quality of moral education, on Higher Vocational College Students' growth and success has great significance. This paper intends to analyze the problems and causes of the behavior of students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the issue of the proposed, the behavior of the education research significance, research status and research ideas and methods of this paper. The second chapter elaborates the importance of behavior cultivation education from four aspects of moral education,talent cultivation, school development and students' employment. The third chapter is the research on the current situation of behavior cultivation education, through the investigation and research, the specific problems of the education of students' behavior in higher vocational colleges. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the causes of the problem of behavior cultivation in Higher Vocational colleges. The fifth chapter is the thinking and countermeasure analysis of the problem of behavior cultivation education in higher vocational colleges, we should perfect the system construction, start from the students' school, set up the behavior of the system to develop education activities.
