Study On The Construction Of Counselors' Ability In Higher Vocational Colleges

Since the new century, with the changes of the international and domestic environment,the working environment of the students in higher vocational colleges has changed a lot,which not only bring good opportunities for development, but also have a lot of challenges.Therefore, the ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges must be improved, so as to adapt to changes in the environment at home and abroad, at the same time it is also conducive to adapt to China's economic and social development, conducive to promoting the reform of higher education in our country, in the Perspective of the counselors themselves, it's also the need for their own development.To research on the construction of Higher Vocational Colleges counselor competence respectively from: introduction, vocational colleges counselor capacity building outline,higher vocational colleges counselor competence construction of affecting factors and existing problems, Hebei Vocational and Technical College of building materials ability construction of counselor team situation, strengthening vocational college counselor competence construction of path, the conclusion were in order. Through the review of the literature, literature analysis, broaden their horizons, comprehensively, correctly understanding and grasp and the status quo of research relating to this study, find previous studies, found problems that need further study, for new research on the others' research, on the basis, to be innovative. To make the argument more targeted and persuasion, this paper in reference to domestic and foreign instructors in Higher Vocational Colleges successful practices based on, select the a vocational college research, and actively explore effective measures for strengthening the construction of college counselor competence.This article studied by means of literature research, case analysis and comparative analysis and so on, first of all, looked at a lot of related literature, summarizes the research achievements of others and then analyzed the case “Counselor” from some universities abroad,and then selected the Hebei Building Materials College as the research object, to exploresome new measures of cultivating the ability of promoting our country higher vocational college counselorsFinally, based on the reference of the literatures about the capacity building of relevant counselors at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and compares the relative situation of capacity-building of domestic and foreign universities, then gets some useful information.
