Modern apprenticeship is an important issue in the field of international vocational education.All sectors of Chinese society have also paid more attention to and research on modern apprenticeship,which was officially pilot in 2014.At present,there are still many prominent contradictions in the implementation of the insufficient participation of enterprises.Therefore,how to draw lessons from the advanced experience of enterprises in developed countries to participate in vocational education,promote the comprehensive,standardized and high-quality participation in modern apprenticeship system,and make it a normal situation is a problem that needs to be valued and solved in the field of vocational education.With the strong reform and support of its government,the modern British apprenticeship has continuously developed and achieved great results.Its success cannot be separated from the full participation of corporate employers.The specific paths and safeguard measures for the active participation of British enterprises can give us certain experience and inspiration.Therefore,through literature research method and comparative research method,strive to view the China and British modern apprenticeship respectively,analysis and comparison,summarize useful experience,look forward to provide some ideas and enlightenment,and can promote our vocational education research and reform,enrich the relevant theories in the field of vocational education.Through the above thinking,this study collects and arranges relevant documents and data,studies the overview,specific path and safeguard measures of Chinese and British enterprises,and compares the core elements of the modern apprenticeship in the same and different two countries,mainly through the importance of enterprise participation,enterprise participation incentives,operation mechanism,professional qualification certification,enterprise participation and teacher training.Through comparison and analysis,we found some reliable British experience,such as dominance in modern apprenticeship process,more diverse measures to encourage participation,evaluate apprentices by third-party appraisers and more comprehensive and authoritative results;"apprenticeship tax" system to ensure the funding of modern apprenticeship;however,stricter professional teachers,high access threshold,but less participation,the UK mainly delegated to corporate employers,relatively more flexible,without uniform standards and curriculum.According to the analysis results,preliminary build the ideal model of enterprises to participate in modern apprenticeship,to further provide guidance,put forward to enterprise participation in modern apprenticeship in policy support,enterprise voice,evaluation mechanism,vocational qualification,funding guarantee,teacher training,and put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions,to provide reference for the future research.
