| One of the main tasks of high school students is learning,and learning engagement are an important index for assessing the current learning situation of high school students.Participation in learning refers to the degree of student participation and engagement in behavior,emotions,and cognition during learning.However,it is subject to personal and environmental factors.With the advent of the new corona epidemic,online courses have increased significantly.Most high school students play distracted by lack of teacher supervision.The problem of investing in the learning of high school students is becoming more prominent.It is well known that high school students are not mature in mental and physical development,so they are easy to adapt to changes in the environment,they are prone to emotional and physiological stress reactions,they have difficulties concentrating on learning and they have few learning engagement and so on.Attention of society and scholars.Studies have shown that the level of psychological stress in high school is closely related to the level of participation in learning.The higher the level of psychological stress,the lower the student’s engagement level of learning.Additionally,researchers have discovered the effect of parent-child relationships on learning information.Relationships between parents and children can be divided into two aspects: intimacy between parents and children and conflict between parents and children.Parent-child relationships are close and students have a high level of participation in learning.The level of student participation in learning because the conflict between parents and children is too high.More importantly,previous studies have shown that psychological stress can affect interpersonal relationships.Parent-child relationships,as one of the most important interpersonal relationships,having an greatly profound effect on the learning lives of high school students and play an significant part in maintaining psychological well-being,development and learning condition.Existing studies have indicated that psychological stress can affect the perception and quality of a student’s parent-child relationships.Psychological stress increases parent-child conflict and reduces the level of parent-child intimacy.These two aspects have different effects on learning input.Intimacy between parents and children facilitates the learning information of students and conflict between parents and children worsens the learning status of students.It turns out that the interaction mechanism between levels of psychological stress,parent-child relationships,and learning inputs is very important for the growth and development of high school students.Previous studies have focused primarily on levels of psychological stress and learning inputs,learning inputs and parent-child relationships,and levels of psychological stress and parent-child relationships,but with a detailed analysis of the interactions between the three.There was no discussion.This study initially investigates the interactions between the vital three variables,and then explores the effects of the independent variable psychological stress on the dependent variable learning engagement in terms of parent-child intimacy and parent-child conflict.The survey sampled two high schools in Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,adopted a convenient sampling method,and surveyed a total of 995 students.The survey was conducted using the Adolescent Life Events Scale,the Relationship Quality Scale,and the UWES-S Learning.Entry scale(Chinese version).The results are the following.(1)The general psychological stress level of high school students is low,the engagement level of learning is above the average,the general relationship situation between parents and children is fine,and the intimacy part is comparatively high.(2)The level of psychological stress,parent-child intimacy,and parent-child conflict varies greatly by grade.Third grade psychological stress level is the highest.And the parent-child relationship is in good condition,the parent-child conflict dimension is much lower than grade one and grade two,on contrary,the level of parent-child intimacy is the highest.There are significant gender differences in learning engagement,levels of psychological stress and intimacy parent-child relationship,and girls’ level are much higher than those boys.In the presence of different parents,there is a great difference.High school students accompanied by parents,shows that they have the best parent-child relationship,also the intimacy dimension,the lowest level of parent-child intimacy at home,and the highest level of parent-child conflict with a single dad.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between high school students’ level of psychological stress,learning engagement,and parent-child intimacy,and a significant positive correlation with parent-child conflict.There is a significant positive correlation between participation in learning and the closeness of parents and children and a significant negative correlation with the conflict aspect.(4)High school students’ level of psychological stress,parent-child intimacy,and conflict between parents and children influences assumptions about the significant participation of high school students in the study.The relationship between parents and children as a mediator between levels of psychological stress.Conflicting parents and children play a mediating role in psychological stress and learning when learning to engage.In conclusion: High school student levels of psychological stress,parent-child relationships,and learning engagement.With the growth of the psychological stress level,parent-child intimacy will get lower,with the increase in the parent-child conflict level,the level of learning engagement is getting lower.High level of familiarity between the elderly and children,high level of learning engagement.The higher the level of conflict between parents and children,and the lower the level of information about learning.It can be seen that if the level of psychological stress of high school students is too high,the level of intimacy between parents and children will decrease,the level of conflict between parents and children will increase,and the level of learning input will decrease. |
