In recent years,with the rapid changes of the internal and external environment of universities and the requirements of the related objectives of the connotative development,financial work,as a basic,auxiliary and supporting business activities of universities,is facing new challenges,and the traditional financial management mode can no longer meet the needs of the management of universities.It is a hot spot in the current industry to integrate finance and business through effective methods and ways to adapt it to the new development of financial management in universities.The integration of industry and finance has become an inevitable trend in the development of financial management in universities in the new era.It is very important to optimize the financial management process based on the integration of industry and finance for universities to grasp the development opportunities and improve their competitiveness.The financial management of universities plays an important role in the university management.The scientific management process contributes to the balance of income and expenditure,enhance the capital security and improve resource utilization efficiency,providing reliable support for financial decision-making.Based on the study of relevant literature at local and abroad,this paper selects S University as a case study,combining literature research and field investigation,to explore the approach of financial management process optimization under the industry finance integration.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of process optimization and process reorganization,the connotation and objectives of financial management in universities,the theoretical basis,implementation principles and operation mode of industry finance integration,which provides certain theoretical basis for subsequent research.Under the background of industry finance integration,this paper analyzes the characteristics and progress of financial management in universities in China,summarizes the existing problems,such as weak business and financial coordination,slow information construction,imperfect internal control mechanism,etc.S University is a common university,which has made a beneficial exploration in the construction of the integration platform of industry and finance,so this paper chooses S University as a case study.First of all,this paper analyzes the financial management process of the university.This paper only analyzes the case of financial integration from the three modules of budget management,financial reimbursement and student fees.Secondly,through the current implementation effect of the university,it verifies the necessity and feasibility of financial integration.Finally,from the application level,system support level and business level,it analyzes and summarizes the application level,system support level and business level under the background of the integration of industry and finance,this paper puts forward the path suitable for the financial management process of universities,and puts forward the suggestions for the financial management process of universities that are highly applicable,can be popularized and can be used for reference.
