Within the rapid development of economy,consumers on the degree of refinement and specialization of products demand gradually increased,large enterprises choose to put more energy on core business develop strategy while release out the non-core business in differ management models such as outsourcing.Dynamically allocate enterprises owner sourcing and other companies’ function and service,adopted other companies’ resource to serve enterprise internal produce and operation.Since the 90 s China start to take business process outsourcing(short as BPO),has been taking shape in the industry development currently.Through the expanding in years,our service level and quality also keeping increase.As so far,the outsourcing business is more concentrated in the field of IT services which has recognized service standards and mature cooperation modes.Compare other functional areas,such as finance service 、 legal service 、 sales service and office-administrative service.No much case references and academic research on management industry.In this paper,I selected office-admin outsourcing business of my company as case study which is CT co.,LTD.Based on the management knowledge which I learn in business school and working experience,try studying develops of office-admin business stand of the point of view as BPO provider.In hoping of on one hand would promote the development of CT company office-admin outsourcing business,on the other hand might share a management case or operation reference to other business process outsourcing industry.This researching carry out with problems discovering、situation analyzing and developing solution.Through understanding the office-admin business management and operation status of CT human resources Company,found out the gaping and related reasons that slow down the developing.Then,provide rightful countermeasure to help office-admin business development.First,consider the three-level environment situation from macroscopic and industry、company internal、office-admin itself to figure out the problem;then,Base on CT company’s real situation,by use Porter’s five forces model to analysis office-admin business development status of CT company;Eventually,in order to solve the problem by put forward four ways to help office-admin business development that are risk controls、 strategic partnership alliance and customer experience improving.
