Resrch Into The Development Strategy Of JXZY

Chinese higher vocational education is developing quickly in general, but competition takes shape in some regions and some industries. In recent years, because the speed of new university campus construction is faster than that of the increase of university students, and the increasing speed of the statutory population declines, the competition becomes fiercer. In the current college management, internal weak management can be tolerated, or at least for the time being, but if college development strategy misplays, then the college is sure to lag behind in the fierce competition. The research into development strategy is of practical significance to JXZY.This thesis uses the results of development strategy research home and abroad for reference and combines the development situations of the college with internal and external factors affecting the development of the college. Adopting methods of contrasting analyses ,investigations ,critical factor evaluation and historical research through such tools as internal factor evaluation matrix ,external factor evaluation matrix ,industrial competition analysis model and SWOT analysis ,the thesis focuses on the research into the development strategy of JXZY, which covers its background, theory, goal and emphasis. The thesis starts from the scientific prospective of industry development, social needs and vocational education development, attempting to establish theory system of JXZY based on the combination of theory and practice. The research results are of great guiding significance to JXZY and some help to other higher vocational colleges.
