Study On The Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Industrial Workers Inedtity In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years,with the continuous enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength,China is in the transition period from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country.During this period,the industrial reform and the promotion of modern transformation and development have become an important part of the "2025manufacturing power".As a traditional old industrial base,Heilongjiang Province has unique industrial development heritage,but its development is restricted by geographical location and insufficient supporting capacity of industrial development.The core of development is human development.In order to better understand industrial workers’ cognition of social class in the new era,promote the harmonious development of society,stabilize employment and labor relations,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of industrial workers,this paper investigates 1622 industrial workers in 8 industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,In order to clarify the industrial workers’ self class identity characteristics and its influencing factors.In the research,firstly,through the overall description and statistical analysis of the distribution characteristics and dynamic comparative identity characteristics of industrial workers’ class identity,and then according to the classic sociological analysis model,the influencing factors of industrial workers’ self class identity characteristics are divided into three categories: demographic factors,native family factors and work system factors;Then,through the analysis method of column correlation and average value comparison between the distribution characteristics of industrial workers’ class identity and various factors,the differences are compared,and the final conclusions are as follows:The difference of the distribution of industrial workers’ class identity is very obvious,and it is positively correlated with the distribution of industrial workers’ class identity.The political affiliation,the higher education level,and the registered residence status of local workers in non agriculture industries will have higher level of social identity.Similarly,the changes of the above factors have an impact on the situation changes and future expectations of industrial workers’ identity.The change of perception of the external environment is more obvious,and the proportion of optimistic and rising is increasing.The political affiliation of father’s political status,father’s education level and father’s registered residence status are very obvious factors that affect the distribution of identity characteristics of industrial workers.Similarly,the changes of the above factors have a significant impact on the changes of industrial workers’ identity situation and future expectations.There are obvious differences in the distribution of industrial workers’ class identity characteristics due to the factors of work characteristics: ownership type of work unit,monotony degree of work and tiredness degree of work.The changes of the above factors also have an impact on the change of industrial workers’ identity situation and future expectations.
