Currently,the higher vocational education focuses more on social labor demands.Taking the individual as an object,it is valued by student position in the social status and achievements in their posts.The students who are trained under this kind of education might adapt to the requirements of the society temporarily,but cannot cope with the rapidly changing of social situation.In this year,Premier Li Keqiang points out in the government work report that "our policy of encouraging people to start businesses and innovate is an effective way of creating jobs through business startups and innovation;it is an important source of strength that fosters new growth drivers to replace old ones and that upgrades the economic structure;and it is an effective channel for promoting equal opportunity and facilitating vertical social mobility.We must keep on pushing hard with this policy." Therefore,greatly promoting innovation and entrepreneurship is not only the society's internal motivation,but also the inherent requrientments for the higher vocational education.Innovation and enterprise education is important to optimize the innovative educational mode of higher vocational colleges and help students to establish innovative and entrepreneurial ideas and to cope with the rapidly changing of social employment situation.From the above understanding,this article will explain the position of vocational innovation and enterprise education from five parts:The first part introduces the background,significance,content,methods and innovation of this research,and combs out the current innovation and entrepreneurship education and related problems in higher vocational colleges.The second part defines related concepts of this topic and combines with the principles of Marxism and the basic ideology and policy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which provides theoretical support for the measure research of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and further describes the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education beginning from the meaning of higher vocational education.In thethird part,this thesis conducts a survey from Jinzhou higher vocational colleges in order to understand the current development situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and the primary problems exiting in colleges by using the questionnaire survey,individual interviews and other methods.The fourth part takes educational philosophy,education system and the external environment of education and other aspects as entry point,analyzes the reasons for impacting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of establishing new ideas,constructing new system and optimizing the educational environment in view of the problems that affect the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
