Research On The Construction Of The Innovation And Entrepreneurship Institute In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the state vigorously advocates “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,and has successively issued documents to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.As an important part of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education,higher vocational and technical colleges undertake the important task of cultivating high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents.In order to serve the construction of an innovative country,improve the quality of education in higher vocational colleges,and meet the learning needs of students,higher vocational education urgently needs to establish innovation and entrepreneurship colleges in combination with the characteristics of higher vocational education,so as to provide comprehensive and systematic educational support for students in innovation and entrepreneurship.From state and local government documents,sensors and actuators,entrepreneurship education research and practice of innovation,the key of the development of entrepreneurship education important documents,and this paper summarizes the experience,and the phases of development of entrepreneurship education management institution innovation realistic problem,the key difficulties and development trend of system analysis,given fixed number of year of the institute of vocational education innovation entrepreneurship development division: Sporadic development stage(2002-2009);Comprehensive Development stage(2010-2014);Deepening development Phase(2015-now).The research is based on the stage characteristics and development trend to explore the research direction and focus for subsequent research.Research mainly from the policy document to guide the direction,to new development concept,structure,function and coordination theory as the theoretical basis,after examining and concluded on the basis of analyzing the related academic papers at home and abroad,using questionnaire and interview survey research methods,from the perspective of students,the education management present situation,the education resources present situation,First hand data are obtained and analyzed from the four aspects of education and teaching status and cultural ecological construction to investigate the implementation and promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and on this basis,the status quo and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship college construction are analyzed.It is found that there are some major problems to be solved in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in China,including lax management of innovation and entrepreneurship college,scarce and low-quality resources of innovation and entrepreneurship education,outdated teaching mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education and conservative cultural environment.Aiming at these problems,the research on the problem itself,on the basis of in-depth understanding and analysis,in the perspective of innovative undertaking college construction attribution analysis,think creative education in higher vocational colleges root cause can be attributed to the innovation entrepreneurship institute construction is not perfect,overall management ability is weak,resources construction ability is limited,education teaching reform is not thorough,the poor cultural ecological construction level.Combined with the investigation and analysis of the current situation,the research suggests that the construction of the college of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the division of the college’s work functions and responsibilities,and establish the collaborative network within the college.Focus on improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources,strengthening the ability of resource development,and enhancing the professionalism of teachers;Reasonably optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship education model,deeply reform the education and teaching model,and build a practical support system;We will improve the ecological chain of innovation and entrepreneurship education,strengthen the building of campus cultural atmosphere,attach importance to information connectivity within and outside the campus,deepen cooperation between government,enterprises and schools,and promote the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
