After more than ten years of reform, the university logistics has been showing a trend towards enterprise management. University rear service staff troop composition is complex, the large number of people, and displays the management relative lag. To study a practical management theory and method is an important task for researchers who are concerned with logistics workers and researchers who are concerned with logistics in the present stage and in the future. Based on the analysis of the research achievements of the university logistics in China in the past ten years, this paper focuses on the motivation of logistics staff.In this paper, we use factor analysis method to carry out a field questionnaire survey of four universities in Xueyuan Road area of Beijing city. Through the survey data analysis and research, find out factors and characteristics of college logistics staff incentive, put forward corresponding suggestions on incentive mechanism, and put forward suggestions in D University was a year of practice and test, to verify the rationality of the conclusion of the study.This paper according to different classification criteria(position, gender, age, seniority, educational background, etc.) of the logistics staffs in Colleges and universities of incentive factors analysis. This is the first time in the country to classify the employees of different groups of incentive factors. In the practical research, it has the innovation, enriches the depth of the human resources management incentive theory research, and has a good operability for the guidance of the university logistics management work.
