Education is related to the future of a country.With the in-depth implementation and sustainable development of the market economy,various training institutions in the education industry are blooming everywhere.Those training institutions with excellent resources,advanced management concepts and outstanding teams stand out and continue to develop and grow.They are looking for ways to stand firm in the market competition and find ways to survive.As is known to all,talent has always been the key to the survival of an enterprise.Human resource management is a key element of enterprise development.The selection,cultivation,loyalty,full utilization and value maximization of talents are the key to human resource research of every enterprise.For a foreign language training institution that has been established for 18 years,the core employees are the rare talents cultivated by the training institution itself.The cultivation of its own core staff,from the selection of talent,talent training,talent use,need to pay great efforts,so when the formation of the core staff,the loyalty of the core staff is particularly important.Through various observations and studies,it is found that if an enterprise wants to have high cohesion and its employees want to complete the tasks delivered by the organization to improve its performance,its employees must have high organizational commitment and high loyalty.Enterprise staff’s loyalty is high,the enterprise in the human resources cost could be greatly reduced,but if the enterprise staff loyalty is low,the enterprise keep talents,employee turnover rates continue to rise,the cost of recruitment will be very big,cannot give full play to the talent value,directly reduce the enterprise performance,is very adverse to the long-term development of the enterprise.This paper aims at the specific group of core employees of training institutions,and from the perspective of psychological contract,deeply explores the performance status of psychological contract and the loyalty status of core employees in the work of core employees of education and training institutions.To explore the core staff personal factors and the loyalty of the relationship between the core staff of the relationship between psychological contract and loyalty,the problems existing in the analysis of the core staff loyalty,according to interviews and questionnaire survey summed up the reasons,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,research from the perspective of psychological contract inspection institutions for training the core staff loyalty.Secondly,it conducts an in-depth analysis of the factors influencing the loyalty of the core employees of the selected LS Foreign language training school,and finds out the problems existing in human resource management.Finally,based on the perspective of psychological contract,a new core employee loyalty evaluation index system is constructed,which is applied to verify the core employee loyalty of LS Foreign language training school.Through this research and investigation,we can understand the current situation of core staff loyalty in China’s small and medium-sized education and training institutions,and make some specific and useful strategies for human resource management in China’s small and medium-sized education and training institutions,especially the promotion of core staff loyalty and efficient management.
