Regarding the social hazards in the platform economy,improving the loyalty of platform-based flexible employees(such as Didi drivers)has become effective in managing employees and preventing social hazards.Considering the characteristics of platform-based flexible employees including low sense of belonging and high sensitivity to rights and interests,this article starts from the perspective of perceived corporate social responsibility(PCSR),based on the theory of self-determination,and introduces moral identity as a moderating variable to explore the role of work motivation in the mechanism of loyalty formation,which is significant for preventing various hidden dangers of society.The work characteristics of flexible employees in platform-based enterprises has been understand through reading a large number of references.This article sorts out relevant literature on the loyalty of platform-based flexible employees,the PCSR,work motivation and moral identity,rationalizes the logic between variables,propose hypotheses,and the model structure of this article is obtained.Secondly,according to the classic literature,the measurement dimensions of variables are proposed,and after small-scale preprocessing,large-scale questionnaires are distributed and collected between the flexible employees.Finally,some suggestions are put for platform-based enterprises to improve the loyalty of flexible employees.The research results have show that the PCSR not only directly affects the loyalty of the platform-based flexible employees,but also indirectly affects employee loyalty through work motivation.Moral identity only plays a moderating role in the direct effect between the PCSR and employee loyalty,has no work in the indirect effect in the mechanism of employee loyalty.
