| With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy and society in the past three decades after the reform and opening up,the material and cultural level of our people has been rapidly and completely improved in a short time,and the care and protection of children from all walks of life have also been strengthened.The protection of children in distress is not only the weakness of China’s children’s rights and interests protection system,but also the last "safety net" of children’s rights and interests protection.Family is an important environment for children’s growth.With the rapid development of China’s national economy in the past three decades after the reform and opening up,people’s thoughts have also changed greatly,and people’s views on the traditional concept of marriage have also been adjusted.The concept of free,personalized and open marriage has gradually replaced the traditional concept,These reasons have led to the continuous record of the divorce rate of Chinese residents in recent years.Poor children living in single parent families,due to the incomplete family structure,are easy to cause children’s problems in life,learning and interpersonal communication.Professional values such as "helping others and self-help","Empathy" and "respect" in social work have unique advantages in the rescue of poor children in single parent families.Compared with children from two parent families,in addition to facing difficulties such as poverty and disease in life,children from single parent families are also prone to problems such as lack of family belonging,low sense of self-worth,lack of life goal,weak emotional control ability,lack of interpersonal skills and so on.At the same time,the external environment has a stereotype of single parent families and their children,which is deepened by the improper guidance of public opinion environment and mass media.Children in difficult single parent families are in school age.The growth events and psychological experience in this period play a vital role in their future life development.If they are in a low self-esteem,sensitive and lonely life state for a long time,it will have an adverse impact on their future life development and physical and mental health growth.Good resilience can help single parent children in distress,resist the negative impact of distress,overcome adverse factors,find their own potential,establish a positive self-awareness and optimistic attitude towards life,be good at using external support networks,make correct life choices,be full of hope for the future and achieve a healthy and balanced living state.This practical research takes the advantage perspective as the command concept,and takes the troubled children living in single parent families in X community of Z City as the main case subjects.Using semi-structured interview method,scale method and other special research method for social work to conduct stress resistance measurement data and household interviews for the struggling children of two parents/ single parent families in X community,explore the current problems caused by low stress resistance,and analyze the possible causes of the problems,Combined with the actual situation of this study,determine their real needs,and take this as the goal to establish a stress resistance improvement team.Use the advantage perspective theory and appropriate group activities to help members understand their resilience,find their own advantages,improve the level of resilience,help children in difficult single parent families establish a positive outlook on life,prevent and solve the current life difficulties and other difficulties they may face in the future.After the stress resistance improvement group activity of this study is completed,explain and elaborate from different angles,such as the data of the Psychological Resilience Scale of group members before and after the activity,and the interviews with important caregivers of group members,The following research conclusions are drawn: the growth of stress resistance level of troubled children living in single parent families can largely correct their unhealthy psychological state.Advantageous perspective and group work play an important role in the promotion process.Whether children feel the care of their family is very important in the process of children’s growth.According to the research conclusions and shortcomings,the author puts forward suggestions from three levels: at the micro level,social workers should flexibly use a variety of working methods and adhere to the "advantage perspective" in service;At the meso level,establish a harmonious family atmosphere,help parents master the correct way of education,and create an atmosphere of resilience in the school;At the macro level,we should pay attention to the psychological impact of economic problems on the plight children of single parent families,improve the public opinion environment of single parent families,and enhance the professional recognition of social work.The author hopes that through this research,the government and society will pay more attention to the plight children of single parent families,build a localized protection mechanism for the plight children,and contribute to the healthy growth of the plight children. |
