| As the fundamental task of education,moral education aims to solve the fundamental problem of whom to train,how to train and for whom to train.It is a guiding concept to train qualified builders of socialism and reliable successors,and to train new people of The Times to shoulder the great task of national rejuvenation.Secondary vocational education is the key field of education reform and development in China at present.However,due to the particularity of secondary vocational school in school orientation,school-running mode,students’ characteristics and other aspects,secondary vocational school is different from ordinary education in the implementation of national education ideas and policies.How to carry out moral education reform in secondary vocational schools,and what effects are achieved and what limitations exist under the concept of "Three-Full Education" are all problems worth exploring.This paper takes case study as the main method.Taking Kunshan X school as the study case,this paper,under the concept of "Three-Full Education",explores the moral education practice,achievements,characteristics,existing problems and corresponding countermeasures.Therefore,the paper aims to provide practical cases and analysis for the promotion and implementation of “Three-Full Education” in secondary vocational schools,and strives to achieve high quality and high level of secondary vocational students training.The core content of this paper mainly involves four parts.The first part explains the basic theoretical system of "Three-Full Education",including the formation process,connotation and significance of the idea.The second part analyzes the moral education practice of "Three-Full Education" in Kunshan X School,and presents the process of transforming the concept of "Three-Full Education" into practice,the expansion of "Whole-staff Education" and moral education subjects,the expansion of "Whole-process Education" and moral education approach,and the expansion of "All-round Education" and moral education content.The third part analyzes the effect and characteristics of the moral education of Kunshan X School.The school carries out reform under the guidance of the concept of " Three-Full Education ",and has achieved five goals,such as forming the brand of school moral education and promoting the socialization of individual students.It has the characteristics of correct value guidance,clear goal of education and comprehensive guarantee mechanism.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and improvement ideas of "t Three-Full Education " in moral education of Kunshan X School.Some problems still exist in Kunshan X school,such as the unbalanced moral education practice,unsound connection system,and imperfect multivariate coverage.We need to implement the idea of "Three-Full Education",which needs continuous improvement,involving formation of“Whole-staff Education” linkage team,establishment of "Whole-process Education" path-platform,construction of "All-round Education" cultivation system and so on. |
