With the rapid development of economy and gradually speed up the process of Chinese opening to the outside world,China's training market presents the unprecedented big situation,training enterprises in China in this big market gradually developed,and development is very rapid,brought great contribution to the development of China's economy.And the 21st century is the era of knowledge economy,talent for an enterprise is the most important capital,human resources for enterprise can succeed in the fierce market competition environment plays a more and more important role.Uniqueness of irreplace ability,determines the human resources in the enterprise's core competence becomes the most crucial strategic resources,therefore human resources management has become the core part of the present enterprise overall development strategy.China ' s education training market though is vast,but the education training institutions are numerous led to the degree of competition is also unprecedented,some small and medirum-sized institutions for training hard to survive in this environment,which lead to the development of small and medium enterprises difficult to part of the reason lies in the enterprise human resources management has a lot of problems,enterprise human resources management system building is not scientific.As a result,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises will also hope lies in the improvement of human resource management.Taking XD company as the research object,in human resources management present situation of XD training institutions and industry,analyzing the present situation and problems of human resource management for XD company,on the basis of the existing problems of human resource management,using the theory of human resource management analysis of XD company,a series of problems,including human resources management system is imperfect,training spending too little,incentive mechanism is not reasonable,etc.,points out the deep-seated reasons for these problems,namely,education industrial session consciousness is not strong,the lack of human resources management experience and extensive management pattern.On this basis,this paper study on the model of human resources education training institution,puts forward some management countermeasures,such as the implementation of strict recruitment system,training expenditure and of great importance to the development of human resources,to establish reasonable and effective incentive mechanism,etc.,hope that through these measures to make contributions to the development of China's training institutions,at the same time in terms of human resource management to provide reference for the similar enterprises.
