| With the gradual aggravation of rural hollowing out and aging,a large amount of rural land is facing the risk of losing and abandoning seeds,and how to retain farmers to cultivate land has become an urgent problem to be solved,and cultivating new professional farmers is an effective way to solve this problem.Cultivating new types of professional farmers is an important way to improve the revitalization of rural talents,and it is also an indispensable foundation for agricultural modernization.At present,there are still great obstacles to the cultivation of new professional farmers in many areas,so starting from the path of new professional farmer cultivation,exploring the status quo of the cultivation path,analyzing its problems and causes,and optimizing the cultivation path in combination with the actual local situation has important practical significance and strategic value for reshaping the vitality of the cultivation of new professional farmers and accelerating agricultural modernization.Taking the cultivation path of new professional farmers in Dongbao District as the starting point,through a 50-day squatting survey in Dongbao District,Jingmen City,Hubei Province,we interviewed rural residents in six townships and towns in the district and the heads of some government agencies.Through the collected 250 interview questionnaires and the information provided by local governments,it was learned that there are currently three cultivation paths in the district,namely,the concentrated cultivation of the Dongbao District Government for the residents of the whole district,the joint cultivation led by the joint cultivation institutions of each township,and the experience exchange meeting of the cultivation of new professional farmers organized by the villagers.The analysis shows that there are still problems such as mismatch between cultivation majors and actual needs,too formal cultivation process,and lack of professional guidance in the district,the main reasons of which are that the demand feedback mechanism in the district needs to be improved,the unified management mechanism in education is not standardized,and the long-term service mechanism after education has not been implemented.Combined with the development status of Dongbao District,based on the theory of human capital and other theories,it is proposed that each cultivation entity should carry out research on the professional needs of intention before childbirth,lower the threshold for participation in education,improve the enthusiasm of villagers in various places to participate in education,pay attention to flexible adaptation of teaching programs in the cultivation process,establish a sound cultivation management system,strictly implement the subsidy policy after education,implement post-cultivation connection work,and unify the qualification standards for new vocational farmers.In order to promote the development of the current cultivation of new professional farmers in Dongbao District,it also provides a reference example for other regions to carry out the optimization of the cultivation path of new professional farmers. |
