| Female teachers’ workload perception is an attitude and emotional experience of female teachers’ Workload Perception according to their own work evaluation standard system.The understanding and views on the issues related to identity,burnout,stress and self-efficacy have important reference value for further reducing the perceived reality of female teachers’ workload.Therefore,this paper mainly adopts the method of empirical research,and the data comes from the questionnaire survey of 286 female teachers in Hengyang City,Hunan Province and the interview of three female teachers in junior and senior high schools.From the data,the author understands the status quo of female teachers’ perceived workload,the differences in demographic variables and the influencing factors.The influencing factors of female teachers’ perceived workload are time,engagement and satisfaction.The results show that the overall situation of female middle school teachers’ work burden perception in Hengyang area is general.In the four dimensions,female teachers’ stress and burnout are above the average level,while their sense of identity and efficacy are below the average level.From the difference analysis of female teachers’ work burden perception to demographic variables,there are significant differences in the efficacy of female teachers of different ages.Female teachers of different teaching ages have significant differences in sense of identity,sense of stress and sense of efficacy.There were significant differences in the sense of pressure and sense of efficacy among female teachers with different titles.we found some obovious distinguish in the extent of ID in women teachers with diverse educational backgrounds.It was found that there is obovious distinguish with matrimonial res in female teachers’ sense of identity and self-efficacy.The children of married female teachers had significant differences in their overall burden perception and pressure perception.There are significant differences in all dimensions among married female teachers who live tongether with their parents or not.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,we found that :(1)female teachers’ work burden perception was affected by time,engagement and satisfaction.From the perspective of work-life time factors on female teachers’ sense of stress,overtime frequency and social interaction frequency have a moderate negative impact,while housework time and personal free time have a significant positive impact.(2)From the perspective of the impact of work-life engagement on female teachers’ burnout,job engagement and life engagement have different degrees of positive impact.(3)From the perspective of the impact of work-life satisfaction factors on female teachers’ sense of identity and self-efficacy,life satisfaction has a negative impact,while short distance travel,salary and job satisfaction have different degrees of positive impact.Based on the above research,the following suggestions are put forward: female teachers should consciously improve professional quality and knowledge structure,strengthen the sense of work identity;To construct a scientific and effective evaluation system and create a harmonious cultural atmosphere;Obtaining the support and recognition of family members to improve the ability of self-regulation of stress;Performing good school mood with the core position of social safeguard,and to feel the sense of success in teaching. |
