With the vigorous development of education, colleges and universities grow ranks of female teachers. They occupy an important position in chinese education. They are in the higher cultural level in our women groups and play a significant role in the modernization construction and social progress. But social development and fierce competition bring more female teachers double psychological pressure. They have the same pressure of the cause with male teachers. And their family responsibilities are equally important. It is necessary to take on the household, take care of her husband and the child. The fatigue bring about various issues. Many studies have indicated that working women face even more serious than men's work-family conflicts.The conflicts have affected the physical and mental health of working women and affected family harmony and organizational performance. The balance between profession and family is particularly important for female teachers. Based on the existing research results ,studying the work-family conflicts of female teachers for a certain system has practical and theoretical significance.Other studies about planning and development in career of the special group,China's female teachers in colleges and universities are very few now.Some studies only concerned about the development of profession.They lack the plan of the teachers own quality of life. Based on the career planning theory,the work-family border theory and the unbalanced condition listed above, this article will study female teachers how to get the dynamic balance between family and occupation with the integrated use of synthetical literature material law and comparative law.Then female teachers can access to the full development of life from their own perspective.They will get a higher sense of accomplishment and the precious living of significance.Their students can grow up better under this good kind of recessive environment.The quality of community education is more higher.This article analyse three areas of female teachers in university from the family role, occupational roles and leisure time.These current situations are not optimistic.It also analyse the strengths and some good personality of female teachers which are different from the characteristics of male teachers.On this basis,the article start from each side of the border,using internal and external logic systems to give strategies:individuals and organizations of university teachers from the internal environment;family and social supports from the external environment.These can better balance work and family conflicts and completed a better career planning .
