| At present,the new generation of young and middle-aged teachers represented by the post-80s and 90s have become the main force of the Chinese teachers.Compared with the predecessors,the new generation of teachers is more individualistic and pays more attention to the inner feelings of the self.It is hoped that they can achieve their self-worth in their careers while satisfying their non-work areas such as family,leisure and personal interests and hobbies and other diversified needs.In short,the yearning for and pursuit of work-life balance has taken an important place in their value system.Under the background of the rate of higher education,the new generation middle school teachers have been under the pressure of high-intensity,and stay in the long-term and fast-paced work,objectively making the realization of their work-life balance goals face severe challenges.The pressures on the roles of work,family,leisure,etc.,and the contradictions and conflicts between different areas of life are very prominent.Moreover,the contradictions and conflicts between these different fields have deeply affected the quality of their work and life.Based on this,this study from the work of the new generation of middle school teachers-lifeStart with a balanced view and try to explore the current status of the work-life balance concept of the new generation of middle school and its important role in the work and life adaptation of the new generation of middle school teachers.It is hoped that the findings of this research will help people better understand and understand the current practical challenges faced by the new generation of middle school teachers in the work-life balance,and provide a scientific basis for exploring the work-life balance promotion strategies of the new generation of middle school teachers in the new era.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 302 middle school teachers(210 new-generation middle school teachers and 92 old-generation middle school teachers).Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,we can understand the current characteristics of the work-life balance concept of the new generation of middle school teachers,and compare it with the middle school teachers of the predecessors to explore the intergenerational differences of the work-life balance concept of the middle school teachers.On this basis,further This paper explores the impact of the work-life balance concept of the new generation of middle school on important outcome variables such as job satisfaction,life satisfaction and job input.The results show that the scores of the work-life balance of the new generation of middle school teachers are significantly higher than those of the senior middle school teachers;the work-life balance view of the new generation of middle school teachers has a significant positive predictive effect on their work-life conflicts.Moreover,the work-life balance concept also plays a significant negative adjustment role in the process of work time and job satisfaction,such as working hours,work stress,and overtime work at home.It can be seen that the work-life balance concept does play a unique and important role in the work and life adaptation of the new generation of middle school teachers.The above research findings on the work-life balance concept of the new generation of middle school teachers can provide valuable reference for improving the current management and incentive practice of the new generation of middle school teachers.That is,school administrators and departments of education at all levels should correctly recognize and value the importance of work-life balance in the new generation of middle school teachers,and reasonably consider the work of the new generation of middle school teachers in the school management system design and daily work arrangements-Life balance needs to help them effectively cope with the practical challenges in the work-life balance practice,so as to alleviate work-life conflicts,better work,improve job satisfaction and life satisfaction,and ultimately achieve the health of teachers and the overall school.,sustainable development. |
