| A laboratory,one of the best places to put scientific education into practice,has always been the great concern of innovators to keep pace with the progress of modern information technology.In order to cultivate the core quality of physics,the Physics Curriculum Standards of General Senior High School puts forward "strengthening the construction of laboratories and promoting the development of students’ experimental ability",which expresses the demand for the transformation of physics laboratories to digitalization.Before that,Education Informatization 2.0also puts forward the goal of "achieving the full coverage of digital campus at all levels and all types of schools".In the pursuit of the construction of digital campus,we inevitably have to solve the problem of building a physical digital laboratory.This study is aimed to discuss and seek for solutions as to How physics laboratory in senior high school can be built up,as an attempt to turn it into a place where students’ physical and digital proficiency can be cultivated indeed.Through the study of various literature,clarifying the meaning of digitalization and digital laboratory,and then the concept of high school physical digital laboratory that is the subject of this article.After that,combining the four themes of the high school physics laboratory and the three functions of the teaching digital laboratory that was summarized from a large amount of literature to determine the basic requirements of senior high school physics digital laboratory construction,which can be divided into five aspects:(a)the construction of digital experimental sites,(b)the configuration of digital experimental equipment,(c)the construction of digital resources for experimental teaching,(d)the daily management of digital laboratories,and the construction of the team of digital talents.Based on the above conclusions of the literature research,the research results of education informatization and opinions from different sources,the research used the Delphi Method through two rounds of expert consultation and investigation to build up a system containing multiple indicators of high school physics digital laboratory construction in Changsha senior high school for investigation.Questions were designed based on the survey indicators,select physics experimenter as the subject of the questionnaire,and were distributed to all senior high schools in Changsha through the Internet.Subsequently,qualitative data were collected through sample interviews.Through the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire and interview,it was discovered that all aspects of the construction of the physics laboratory in Changsha high school are being transformed to digital and have achieved certain results.The main characteristics of the construction of physics digital laboratory in Changsha high senior school include:(a)There is little gap in urban and rural construction in the five dimensions of the construction of digital experimental sites,the configuration of digital experimental equipment,the construction of digital resources for experimental teaching,the daily management of digital laboratories,and the construction of the team of digital talents;(b)The resource sharing system is forming initially,because 75% of high schools have built resource sharing platforms;(c)The deployment rate of digital management platforms is high,reaching 72.06%.However,shortcomings were found at the same time:(a)The configuration rate of digital equipment that included computers,sensors and virtual laboratories is low;(b)The channels and methods for acquiring digital resources are cumbersome,which has brought certain obstacles to the application of teachers;(c)The digital transformation of management methods has not been completed,due to less than 50% usage rate of electronic records;(d)There is little digital training for experimenters.Finally,four feasible suggestions were finally extracted from the study:(a)make the best of the limited funds to optimize the digital laboratory,(b)ensure the efficient and orderly digital management of rules,(c)apply the principle of opening and sharing to every aspect in the digital laboratory,and let the digital laboratory fully become a place for students to grow up. |
