With the rapid development of educational technology,China’s basic education has gradually moved towards informatization,and the information literacy of primary school teachers has become the focus of education research.Primary school head teachers are not only responsible for teaching,but also responsible for ideological education,class management,home school communication and other educational responsibilities.The connotation of information literacy that this group should have is extremely rich.Therefore,in this context,it is necessary to analyze the current situation and promotion strategies of primary school head teachers’ information literacy,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.This research mainly includes four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the research,literature review,the definition of related concepts,the purpose and significance of the research,the content and method of the research;the second chapter based on the existing research results of teacher information literacy,puts forward the information literacy framework of primary school head teachers and explains its content;the third chapter takes Changsha primary school as an example The fourth chapter is based on the survey results,put forward the problems of the current information literacy of the primary school class teacher;the fifth chapter is to put forward the strategies to improve the information literacy of the primary school class teacher.The last part is the conclusion.The specific research object of this study is the primary school head teacher.The main content is to study the current situation and promotion strategy of primary school head teacher’s information literacy.In the process of research,the basic connotation of primary school head teacher’s information literacy is analyzed through literature method,and then questionnaire survey and interview are conducted to analyze the current situation and existing problems of primary school head teacher’s information literacy The current situation and problems specifically put forward the primary school head teacher information literacy promotion strategy.In theory,this study can improve the theory of basic education informatization and the theory of primary school teachers’ professional promotion.In practice,the strategies and methods proposed in this study can provide some help and guidance for improving primary school teachers’ information literacy in the new era. |
