College staff work is the first human resource of colleges and universities.Their work status and job performance have been favored by the academic community and concern of the management of colleges and universities.high-quality teachers work stability and working efficiency plays an important significance to display high level talents to guarantee the quality of education,training students.The core idea of strategic human resource management is to put forward the systematic management of strategic human resources,so as to achieve the goal of achieving high performance and high satisfaction of employees.From the perspective of interaction between strategic human resources management,this paper studies the relationship between strategic human resource management and job satisfaction of teachers,hoping to provide some practical guidance for human resources management in Chinese universities.This paper first analyzes the strategic human resource management and job satisfaction of domestic and international relevant research,based on previous research results,summarized that the strategic human resource management five dimensions respectively: the selection of the configuration,incentive mechanism,performance management,employee participation,HR strategic planning,job satisfaction and five dimensions respectively: the prospect of work itself,interpersonal relationship,salary and welfare,working environment.Whether each dimension of strategic human resource management or employee satisfaction is inconsistent at different levels of different dimensions,namely,whether there is interaction between different dimensions and how to interact with each other is worth studying.In view of the main effect and interaction of the strategic human resource management in Colleges and universities,this paper uses SPSS and MINITAB software to study the job satisfaction of employees..Research shows that: in addition to performance management,the main effect of selecting,employee involvement,incentive mechanism,strategic planning HR four factors are remarkable,strengthen the incentive mechanism,the selection of the configuration and strategic HR planning can directly improve employees’ overall job satisfaction,which can increase employee participation and performance management.The selection of the configuration and incentive mechanism,the selection of the configuration and performance management,selection and configuration of strategic HR planning,employee participation and incentive mechanism,performance management,employee participation and employee participation and strategic planning,performance management and strategic planning HR HR on job satisfaction have interactive effects.In view of this,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the management of human resources in universities,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical suggestions for improving employees’ job satisfaction and enhancing personnel training.
