Traditional physical education is a face-to-face interactive classroom teaching between teachers and students.Online physical education is a new teaching form gradually carried out under the condition of epidemic normalization prevention and control.Teaching activities are carried out through the network platform.In order to give full play to the respective advantages of online teaching and offline teaching,from online and offline mixed teaching to online and offline integrated teaching,explore and innovate online and offline mixed teaching mode,and reflect the teaching reform of teachers’ leading and students’ main body.In this paper,the badminton teaching of the experimental group adopts the online and offline mixed teaching method.The online learning platform is "golden feather flying-Badminton classroom of the world champion" by Chen Jin(Harbin Institute of Technology)of MOOC platform.The offline teaching adopts the four in one teaching method of "speaking,practicing,exhibition and evaluation".The badminton teaching of the control group adopts demonstration explanation action practice error correction action to consolidate the traditional teaching methods.This paper adopts the methods of literature,comparative analysis,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.This paper takes the application of online and offline Hybrid Teaching in badminton classroom in Higher Vocational Colleges as the research object.Students from class 2(30 people)and class 4(30 people)of Harbin Vocational College of science and technology were selected as the experimental objects.In order to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the experiment,the homogeneity test was carried out on the experimental subjects before the experiment.The experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the experiment.The test results of the experimental group and the control group were tested by t-test.It was concluded that there was a very significant difference in forehand high and far ball(P < 0.01);There was significant difference in forehand hitting high and far ball(P < 0.05);There was significant difference in forehand rubbing(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the whole field four-point footwork(P > 0.05).The final conclusions are as follows:(1)after the experiment,the scores of forehand high and far ball,forehand hitting high and far ball,forehand net rubbing and the whole field four-point footwork of the two groups of students have been significantly improved,indicating that the teaching effects of these two modes are relatively significant.However,the improvement of the overall performance of the experimental group is significantly greater than that of the control group,which proves that the effect of online and offline Hybrid Teaching in badminton teaching is more significant.(2)Online teaching with the help of online teaching platform,repeatedly watch action explanation,video and current badminton hot topics,so that the course is no longer confined to a fixed teaching time and place.Offline teaching changes the traditional teaching mode;The four in one teaching method of "speaking,practicing,exhibition and evaluation" is applied to carry out multi link learning and multi-mode interaction of students’ technical movements.Online and offline hybrid teaching combines the advantages of online and offline teaching through the proportion of different class hours of online and offline teaching,and realizes the same frequency resonance of teaching.(3)The online and offline mixed teaching mode has obvious teaching advantages in the skill oriented teaching;In a short time,this teaching mode does not have obvious teaching advantages.(4)Badminton classroom students’ satisfaction with the questionnaire is very high.The data show that the lively classroom atmosphere of online and offline mixed teaching has stimulated students’ interest in learning and enthusiasm for participation.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)the teaching process of online and offline hybrid teaching should be more complete and in-depth,and do a good job in the integration of online and offline teaching.Make good use of online teaching platform resources and enrich offline teaching methods and means.Enrich online teaching courses and resources,and increase the recording of MOOC and other online teaching contents and the construction of teaching platform.(2)Do a good job in the reform of offline teaching mode and constantly enrich offline teaching methods and means.(3)Education authorities and schools should strengthen teachers’ learning and training on online and offline mixed teaching,so as to make mixed teaching more scientific,systematic and standardized.(4)Expand the application of online and offline mixed teaching in physical education;Provide more teaching ideas for the teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges and even major colleges in the future. |
