In today’s society,the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and quality thanks to the development speed and economic level of the country,the nutritional status has also been fully improved,but people’s physical health shows a downward trend,the survey shows that the main reason is insufficient physical activity.Studies have proved that regular exercise training,enhance children’s physical activity level,has an important role in increasing physical fitness.Shuttlecock is a sport integrating speed,endurance and sensitivity.It includes the fun,fitness and entertainment that people pursue.Shuttlecock project itself is interesting,easier for children to accept,and has become one of the effective means of children’s physical exercise.This study,in response to the needs of campus shuttlecock in China,conducted a multi-index comprehensive test for children aged 9-10 years before and after 12 weeks of campus shuttlecock intervention,aiming to explore the effect of 12 weeks of campus shuttlecock training on the physical fitness of children aged 9-10 years.It provides an important reference basis for improving the scientific nature of the campus shuttlecock project and improving children’s physical fitness.This paper uses a large number of literature collection through the literature method,uses interview method to improve the operability and reliability validity of the article,and uses experimental method and mathematical statistics method to carry out the operation and implementation of practical experiments.This paper by shuttlecock training,the implementation of shimen experimental middle school students physical health index intervention and empirical research,for the shuttlecock training of 9-10 years old children physical health influence of theoretical analysis and research,by comparing the physical health test data,directly reflect the influence of shuttlecock training on students’ physical health.The following conclusions are drawn through the analysis and research:(1)shuttlecock training can enhance the flexibility of the hip,knee and ankle joints,increase the active movement range of each joint,improve the joint control ability,and improve students’ flexibility,sensitivity and waist and abdominal strength.In addition,shuttlecock is a small-load aerobic exercise,which effectively improves students’ cardiopulmonary function.(2)Height index of boys and girls There was no significant difference between groups after the experimental intervention,and the P-value was less than 0.05.The comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment showed that the two had a very significant difference P-value of less than0.01.After the experimental intervention,the P value was more than 0.05,the very significant difference between the control group was less than 0.01,and the significant difference in the experimental group was less than 0.05.There was no significant difference in BMI index between boys and girls.The P value was less than 0.05,and the data obtained before and after shuttlecock training showed that no significant difference in P value was less than 0.05.No significant changes in body morphology were observed.(3)Spirometry index of boys and girls after the experimental intervention,the P value was less than 0.05,and the comparison before and after the experiment showed a very significant difference of the P value of less than 0.01.There is a significant difference between the sit-ups and the sitting forward flexion items in one minute after the shuttlecock training.There was a very significant difference between the experimental group before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference in the control group.Spirometry,one-minute sit-ups,and seated anterior flexion improved significantly.(4)One-minute rope skipping index of boys and girls.There was no significant difference between groups,the P value was less than0.05,and the very significant difference between the P value was less than 0.01.There was no significant difference between the 50 m index of boys and girls,and the P value was greater than 0.05,and the very significant difference between the 50 m index was less than 0.01.One minute skipping,50 meters no significant change.(5)Shuttlecock content according to the physical development conditions of children aged 9-10,carry out integrated shuttlecock training inside and outside class,and inherit traditional ethnic sports in school.
