| In October 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era",requiring that traditional physical education activities be carried out according to local conditions and integrated into school physical education teaching.Because shuttlecock has fewer restrictions on sports venues,participants’ age,gender,participation cost and relative relativity value.Secondly,shuttlecock competition requires collective cooperation and a high degree of skill.Its fierce confrontation is in line with the cultivation of students’ psychological quality and competition consciousness in modern society,which is very suitable for entering the school.This project uses shuttlecock on badminton court,football play and volleyball technique and tactics as research activities.Especially for the second level(third and fourth grades of primary school),which is in the golden period of improving various physical qualities,students at this stage are selected as the starting point for research.This research uses the method of literature,experiment,interview,mathematical statistics and comparison,taking the students of Level 2 of Wenhua Lucheng Primary School in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City as the experimental group,aiming at the students’ sensitive quality as the breakthrough point,and analyzing the school’s shuttlecock skills.The ball club,the track and field club,and students who did not participate in physical exercise were tested.At the beginning,each group consisted of 30 people per group.Since the testing time was one academic year,some subjects withdrew from the test at this stage,so the final experiment was valid.There are 20 people in each group,10 men and 10 women,a total of 60 subjects.Subjects were interviewed during the study to ensure that no other physical activity during the testing period affected the validity of the test data.After the statistical analysis of the relevant sensitive quality test data of the subjects before and after the experiment,the following experimental results were obtained:(1)Shuttlecock with net resistance requires more flexible steps and physical agility to deal with emergencies.Therefore,compared with track and field and ordinary students,shuttlecock can improve the agility of students.(2)In the round-trip run 1 and the hexagonal ball test with the members of the track and field club,the shuttlecock club performed better,while the round-trip run 2 with fewer obstacles had no significant difference.The same stand-up push-ups also did not have a significant difference after the test.(3)Compared with ordinary students,the students after the shuttlecock exercise are more flexible.Through the flexible use of the hip,knee and ankle joints of the shuttlecock legs,they can effectively control the rotation of the same side of the trunk,It can make the coordination of the upper and lower limb extensor muscles more coordinated.This level of practice makes it more advantageous compared with the students of the track and field club and ordinary students. |
