The research results show that the number of swimming training institutions in Xuzhou city is increasing at present.The training venues are mainly cooperative and self-operated.There are 4 training institutions that do not register high-risk trade licenses,and the number of participants in each period is more than 300.At present,the level of education of managers is good,but the management experience is not enough,and the complex talents of management and physical education are lacking;the number of male coaches in the group of coaches is far more than that of women,mainly college students in physical education colleges,and they are part-time jobs;there are few girls in the group of students,the main grade is junior high school students and primary school students,and the motivation for training is mainly at home Long-term arrangements,life enrichment and with friends,etc.,in the selection of training institutions mainly consider the organization’s reputation,distance from home,and the promotion of the role of the organization.The internal advantages of the development of swimming training for young people in Xuzhou include the rising status of the city,the characteristics of swimming events,the inside information and atmosphere of urban sports,the increase in the number of venues,the limited level of teachers,the relatively lagging management mechanism,the relatively single content of training courses,the confusion of competition within the industry,the support of the state policy,the attention of youth sports,the rapid development of the new media era,and the competition of other sports items,health and safety problems,the standardization of swimming training market and the satisfaction of training services.The research conclusion is that through the study of SWOT-AHP analysis model,we can get the development plan that Xuzhou urban youth swimming training should choose the combination of internal advantages and external opportunities,that is,SO pioneering development strategy.First,with the support of the national policy,we should set up swimming training,then improve all kinds of standards of swimming places and have a complete training management mechanism in the process of development,then make rational use of the network media platform to increase publicity,establish the brand effect of swimming training institutions,and finally,while paying attention to the development of youth sports,we should constantly promote the concept of consumers and training institutions Service awareness.
