Research purpose:With the help of the Simi Motion three-dimensional motion capture system, the kinematic parameters of the technical movements of the seated cross-country skiers were systematically collected and analyzed, and the kinematics indexes of the seated cross-country skiers when sliding on the flat and uphill sections were analyzed from the perspective of kinematics.Differences, and factors influencing the speed of athlete’s sliding on flat and uphill sections.Research methods:This article mainly uses the test method, the mathematical statistics method, the literature material method and so on.With 8 male Paralympic Games LW12 class sitting cross-country skiers as test subjects, the kinematic parameters of athletes’ technical movements were analyzed, after all the parameters are unified, the average speed of the athletes’ cycle is taken as the analysis item y(quantitative),and SPSS21 software is used for data statistics to explore the influence of each analysis index on the average speed of the athletes’ cycle.Research results:(1)The cycle time, recovery time, duty cycle of athletes sliding on flat ground and uphill sections, the sliding distance of the athlete during the cane support stage, the sliding distance during the recovery stage, the periodic displacement distance, the sliding speed during the cane support stage, and the sliding speed during the recovery stage. There were extremely significant differences between the average velocity of the period and the period, the angle of the stick when the stick was off the ground, and the angular velocity of the stick at the support stage(P<0.01).There was no significant difference among other indexes(P>0.05).(2)When the athlete was sliding on flat terrain, there was a significant positive correlation between the speed in the recovery stage, the shoulder joint angle at the preparation time, the flexion angular velocity of the shoulder joint in the cane-supporting stage, and the cane angular velocity in the cane-supporting stage and the average speed of the athlete’s cycle(P<0.05),there was a significant negative correlation between the trunk angle when the stick was off the ground and the cyclist’s average sliding speed(P<0.05),and other indicators had no significant correlation with the athlete’s cyclical speed on the flat road(P>0.05).(3)When the athlete is sliding on the uphill terrain, there is a significant difference between the speed of the cane stage, the speed of the recovery stage, the trunk projection angle at the preparation time, the flexion angular velocity of the shoulder joint during the cane stage, and the angular velocity of the cane during the cane stage and the cycle average speed. There was a positive correlation(P<0.05)between the torso projection angle at the preparation time and the average speed of the athlete’s sliding cycle(P<0.05),and other indicators had no significant correlation with the cycle speed of the athlete on the uphill section(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)In order to avoid falling too fast under the influence of gravity, the maximum trunk projection angle is smaller, the gliding frequency is faster and the recovery time is shorter than that of the athletes on flat terrain,as a result, the cycle time, recovery time and duty cycle of the athletes on flat and uphill terrain are quite different. It is necessary to pay attention to the difference of the movement in different terrain, and make a reasonable technical training plan.(2)When skating on a flat road, the speed of the athlete in the recovery phase, the shoulder angle at the preparation time, the trunk angle when the stick is off the ground, the flexion angular velocity of the shoulder joint during the cane support stage, and the change in the cane angular velocity during the cane support stage will significantly affect the athlete’s sliding speed.(3)When gliding on the uphill section, the changes of the speed of the athlete in the support phase and the recovery phase, the trunk projection angle at the preparation time, the flexion angular velocity of the shoulder joint in the cane support phase, and the change of the cane angular velocity during the cane support phase will significantly affect the athlete’s sliding speed.
