Study Of The Learning Leveland Practice Method Of Pattern Skipping Rope Skills

Based on the heat conduct rope skipping competition under the background of pattern,the principle of semiotics,motor skill learning and control theory,cognitive psychology,and the theory of action skills and motion skills development theory and the principle,the exploration pattern skip rope skills learning level,in order to choose the suitable method to practice,so as to build figure jump rope skill learning mode,And then promote the improvement of the skill level of pattern rope skipping.Related literature was retrieved from CNKI with the theme of "synchronized rope skipping","skills","learning levels" and "practice methods" as the research object.The data and information needed for this study were obtained by questionnaire survey,expert interview and field investigation.The study concluded the following:1.The learning level of pattern rope skipping skills can be divided into the learning stage of body movement symbols,the learning stage of pattern rope skipping skills movement chain logic and the learning stage of pattern rope skipping skills program.2.The learning stage of body movement symbols refers to the learning and cognition of body language information（symbols）and body non-language information（symbols）hidden in movement skills.The learning stage of movement chain logic of pattern rope skipping skills refers to the learning and cognition of human nerve chain,joint chain and muscle chain in rope skipping.The learning stage is the process of mastering and defining the key core technology（i.e.,taking off and jumping rope）and storing a set of skipping action program memory in the students’ brain in advance to establish the composite pattern of skipping rope.3.The action structure of pattern rope skipping can be divided into single continuous action structure and multiple sequence action structure.4.A single continuous synchronized jumping rope structure action of practice method can use the speed of light jump method,the whole exercise method,practice method and load feedback practice method,multiple sequential action figure jump rope structure of practice can use skills migration practice method,dual lateral migration +video feedback method,the rhythm of the music + combination practice method and overall + decomposition method to practice.
