Since ancient times,the Craftsman Spirit of "both morality and art,excellence and innovation" has been deeply rooted in all aspects of human social life.As a kind of spiritual quality,on the one hand,Craftsman Spirit helps realize personal value ideal;On the other hand,Craftsman Spirit provides inexhaustible power for enterprise survival,development and innovation.In 2016,the Craftsman Spirit was written into the national government work report for the first time,marking that the cultivation of Craftsman Spirit has risen to the height of national strategy.Higher vocational students are the main force of national social construction in the future.The ability,quality and spiritual outlook of higher vocational students are directly related to the development of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.As the main place to cultivate Craftsman Spirit,higher vocational colleges play the role of cultivating higher vocational students into high-quality craftsman talents.Therefore,the research on the cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in higher vocational colleges will help to provide a new perspective and strategy for the cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of consulting,sorting and analyzing a large number of documents,this study summarizes the research status of Craftsman Spirit at home and abroad and the cultivation status of Craftsman Spirit in higher vocational colleges,finds the shortcomings of Craftsman Spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and then combines the four elements of interaction ritual chains theory,namely individual emotional cognition,school situation creation The investigation and research were carried out from the four dimensions of emotional sharing / association among individuals,symbol and ritual sense.Using the questionnaire survey method,the higher vocational students of 27 popular majors in four higher vocational colleges in China were investigated,the current situation and shortcomings of the cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in higher vocational colleges were found,and various situational factors affecting the cultivation of Craftsman Spirit were deeply analyzed,It provides specific suggestions and strategies for the cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in higher vocational colleges.This study is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,research status at home and abroad,research significance and research ideas and methods;The second part mainly defines and expounds the concept of Craftsman Spirit and the theoretical basis of interaction ritual chains;The third part mainly introduces the questionnaire design and data statistical results of the research design;Combined with the above analysis,the fourth part mainly discusses the reasons for the lack of Craftsman Spirit cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the interaction ritual chains theory;Based on the above survey results and cause analysis,the fifth part mainly puts forward specific strategies and suggestions for the cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges in combination with the research starting point "situation" of interaction ritual chains theory.The results show that higher vocational students have insufficient understanding of Craftsman Spirit;The situation creation of various activities in school is insufficient.The creation of various situations in school is the main factor affecting individual cognition,emotional sharing /Association,symbol and ritual sense;There are significant differences among individuals with different majors,grades and working years.Based on the analysis of the above reasons,this paper puts forward specific strategies and suggestions for the cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of the creation of in class and out of class situations,that is,by creating and cultivating situations inside and outside the classroom,gathering emotional energy,improving individual cognition,strengthening the creation of interactive situations,guiding groups to share emotions,internalizing symbolic thinking and ritual sense,So as to achieve highly frequent emotional energy interaction and cultivate the Craftsman Spirit of higher vocational students. |
