Study On Craftsman Spirit And Its Cultivation In Higher Vocational Colleges

Since it was first written into the government work report by Premier Li Keqiang in 2016,the spirit of craftsman has been written into the government work report four times by 2021,and has been repeatedly mentioned in various meetings and activities.In 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of promoting the spirit of model workers and craftsmen at the National Conference of Commendation for Model workers and advanced Workers.In 2021,At the National Conference on Vocational Education,General Secretary Xi Jinping once again emphasized the need to promote the spirit of craftsmanship,improve the social status of technical and skilled personnel,and provide strong talent and skill support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.From this point of view,the return of craftsman spirit is the need of The Times,and the promotion of craftsman spirit plays an important role in the training of talents’ skills and practicality.The spirit of craftsman has existed since ancient times,and the changes and development of The Times have endowed craftsman and craftsman spirit with richer connotation.Nowadays,the spirit of craftsman is no longer limited to the traditional artisans,but exists in workers from all walks of life.Higher vocational colleges are an important platform for the construction of craftsman talents.In the cultivation of craftsman spirit,it has become a major subject that higher vocational colleges must face seriously and strive to solve by guiding higher vocational students not only to have firm ideals and beliefs but also to be down-to-earth,but also to have professional skills and set up correct professional concepts and attitudes.Under the guidance of social learning theory and tacit knowledge theory,this study adheres to the combination of theory and practice,and comprehensively uses research methods such as literature research and questionnaire survey.Based on the logic of "extraction of craftsman spirit index--design and distribution of craftsman spirit measurement scale--construction of craftsman spirit structure model--Investigation on the status quo of craftsman spirit of vocational college students--Optimization of cultivation path",this paper conducts indepth research on craftsman spirit and cultivation of craftsman spirit of vocational college students.First of all,the background,purpose and significance of the study of craftsman spirit are described.On the current domestic is the connotation of the spirit,the contemporary value and the research of cultivating do system combing,to foreign artisans in the United States,Japan and Germany,spirit and cultivate problem understanding this research topic in the domestic and foreign research present situation,and present study adopted methods and the research train of thought.Secondly,data collection is carried out to establish the structural model of craftsman spirit elements by clarifying the core elements of craftsman spirit indicators.From existing literature academic research files,the powers craftsmen,artisans selection video three aspects,the integrated use of data analysis software and manual coding spirit in a way that the initial index extraction,with the genetic carrier,model workers,master craftsmen and technical expert honorary title on behalf of the group as the investigation object to explore the factors of spirit,Finally,23 factor indexes were extracted through data analysis to construct the structural model of craftsman spirit elements from four dimensions: professional belief,professional morality,professional attitude and career ambition.Finally,practice investigation and countermeasures are carried out according to the structural model of craftsman spirit elements.Students choose three vocational colleges in guangxi,craftsman spiritual element structure questionnaire,to research the present condition of the mental elements in cultivating students craftsmen,understand its outstanding series of problems,problems including professional stand is not determined,professional responsibility consciousness is not strong,vocational skills learning,lack of professional innovative pioneering spirit with a negative attitude.Then it analyzes the causes of the outstanding problems,including the lack of intervention of the craftsman spirit element in the course teaching,the insufficient atmosphere of the craftsman spirit in the campus culture,the low degree of attention paid to the craftsman spirit in the external society,the limited way of cultivating the craftsman spirit in the practical environment,and the weak consciousness of cultivating the craftsman spirit of students themselves.Higher vocational colleges based on this,discusses how to optimize the craftsman of talent cultivating paths,one is penetrating spirit concept teaching of the course,the second is to build the spirit of craftsman campus culture field,3 it is to build a craftsman spirit fosters social environment,the fourth is to expand the spirit of craftsman practice cultivation,the subject consciousness of the five spirit fosters is to strengthen craftsmen.
