| With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s requirements for the medical and health industry are also increasing.After medical reform and market-oriented reform,medical institutions have higher requirements for nursing staff on the one hand,and face the objective reality of downsizing on the other hand.Due to the high requirements of the masses,the high standards of hospitals,the lack of staffing and the narrow channels of career promotion,nursing has become a high-risk,high mechanical and high pressure industry.These characteristics also lead to nursing workers can not obtain the corresponding sense of professional satisfaction and achievement,and then form job burnout.If nursing workers are in the sense of job burnout for a long time,one will affect the lack of stability of the nursing team in medical institutions and the quality of service;Moreover,it is not conducive to the promotion and Realization of the healthy China strategy.This study takes the job burnout of nurses as the research object,analyzes the causes of job burnout and the needs of nurses,and intervenes with the social work group in order to alleviate the job burnout of nurses and improve their sense of self-worth and achievement.The author took the nursing staff of hospital D as the survey object,carried out a questionnaire survey on job burnout,analyzed the universality of job burnout,took the nursing staff in the supply room with the most obvious sense of job burnout as the object of group intervention,carried out group practice with the advantage perspective theory and social support theory,designed group objectives and plans according to the homogeneity problems faced by the team members,carried out group activities,and guided the team members to reshape their cognition Find advantages,improve self-efficacy,guide the interaction among group members,and establish a peer group support network,so as to alleviate the job burnout caused by the lack of job achievement.Nurses found their own advantages through group communication and interaction,obtained the recognition of peer groups,and improved their enthusiasm and efficiency.Therefore,this study also provides a new idea for the job burnout of nurses in the future. |
