| Against the backdrop of COVID-19,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned "civilizing their spirit and barbarizing their body" and stressed the need to strengthen sports construction.The goal of physical education courses in colleges and universities in China is to cultivate students’ good awareness of physical exercise and sports skills,and college students are an important group of our country to cultivate high-quality talents,so we must ensure that college students have good physical quality and sports skills,which is also the primary task of college physical education teaching.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the development of calisthenics teaching in colleges and universities in China is on the rise,and more and more college students participate in it,which greatly enhances the physical quality of college students.However,there are still many restricting factors and deficiencies in calisthenics teaching in colleges and universities,which affect the development of calisthenics in colleges and universities.Based on the problems existing in aerobics teaching and the successful experience of OBE concept in other subjects,this study analyzes the teaching process and methods of elective aerobics courses in colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions for reform.The research process mainly adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,Delphi method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,research based on the OBE concept of results-based teaching into the aerobics course teaching,and on this basis,the design of teaching activities and applied to the aerobics course teaching practice.To explore the teaching effect of this teaching method in college aerobics elective course.The conclusions are as follows:(1)based on the teaching ideas of OBE results under the teaching design of aerobics teaching activities,students after the aerobics learning,students in the rhythm of the music rhythm is not much improvement,but the action criterion,posture,coordination,skilled fluidity were obviously improved,the classroom teaching efficiency and teaching quality is effectively improved.(2)Through the experimental intervention of integrating OBE teaching concept into aerobics teaching,the physical fitness of students in the control class did not change significantly,while the physical fitness of students in the experimental class improved after a semester of aerobics learning in class and after class.(3)Calisthenics teaching activities designed under the results-based teaching concept of OBE,such as the form of pre-learning feedback and group exploration and cooperation,are not only conducive to deepening students’ mastery of calisthenics knowledge and skills,but also conducive to enhancing students’ confidence and improving their learning enthusiasm.So that students in the language ability,practical ability and interpersonal skills have been improved.(4)Based on the OBE teaching concept,aerobics teaching should give full play to students’ dominant position.Before the experiment intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups of students.After the experiment,the students in the experimental group were more aware of physical exercise,and their awareness and ability of independent learning were improved. |
