Research On The Development Of Nanchang Community Sports From The Perspective Of Social Governance

The community is the best unit for the construction of a social governance community.The development of community sports is related to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.In strengthening the ‘cornerstone’ of national governance at the grassroots level,we must not only look at the visible value of the modernization of process governance capabilities in meeting public needs such as economic development and social harmony,but also pay full attention to the hidden value of modernization of grassroots governance capabilities and see the community The development of sports is deeply intrinsically related to the modernization of grassroots governance capabilities.This research uses qualitative research methods,combined with community sports governance cases and field investigations to collect practical data on community sports development in Nanchang.However,the subjects of modern community governance are diverse,and the operation of power is a multi-dimensional and multi-faceted process of cooperation.What social governance theory advocates is the joint participation of multiple subjects and the management of community public affairs through active negotiation.The problems existing in the current process of community sports governance in Nanchang have the characteristics of mutual embedding in theoretical logic.Thence,the social governance theory has the applicability to guide the development of community sports in Nanchang.It is found that the community sports in different residential areas in Nanchang present obvious different characteristics.The development of community sports in the old residential areas and the fringe of urban and rural areas is compared with that in mixed residential areas.The zone and the new residential zone are still lagging behind in the development of community sports;on the whole,the development of community sports in Nanchang is still in its infancy.The specific manifestations are the ‘displacement’ of management subjects in the community sports governance system,the governance organization system has not yet achieved social synergy in the community sports field,the structural absence of community sports organizations’ participation in community sports,the lack of community sports governance talents,and the supply channels of social elements.Problems such as unconnected,social resource sharing and supply and demand imbalance.These various deficiencies restrict the high-quality development of community sports in Nanchang.In response to existing problems,this research proposes: that first,to improve the governance capabilities of multiple subjects,and improve the community sports governance structure;second,to improve the organizational system,and unblock the interconnected and interactive joint construction mechanism;third,to strengthen the leadership of grassroots organizations,and cultivate and support social organizations and promote the positive interaction between the two;fourth,to enrich the team of community sports governance talents,and enhance community sports governance capabilities;fifth,to enrich funding channels,strengthen the security of community sports development funds,and strengthen the security of human and material resources;sixth,to build the mechanism of Regional linkage,joint construction and sharing,and construction of community sports facilities according to local conditions.On the basis of the initial results of the multiple co-governance system of ‘resource sharing,joint organization,joint responsibility,joint management of volunteers,joint activities,joint business in civil affairs’ for community livelihood affairs,the high-quality development of community sports governance will be realized.The development of community sports governance in a multi-diverse co-governance that is coordinated across the region,linked by all aspects,and integrated in multiple fields.
