In recent years,affected by the new crown epidemic,the development of various industries has been severely challenged,and the economic situation of our country’s fireworks enterprises is complicated.With the "Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China","Fireworks and Firecrackers Safety Management Regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations,more and more stringent requirements have been imposed on fireworks companies.Competition continues to intensify,and the pressure of corporate employees has gradually become prominent.Due to the particularity of the working environment and working conditions,the high risk factor of the fireworks industry,coupled with the low cultural and psychological qualities of employees,they will face greater pressure,This seriously threatens the physical and mental health of employees,but also affects the sustainable development of the company.However,the pressure problem of this group has not attracted enough attention,and there are still phenomena of enterprise employees being stressed and overwhelmed by pressure.Therefore,it is of great significance to use professional social work methods to help the employees of high-risk companies alleviate the pressure problem.This article takes the X fireworks enterprise in Hunan Province as the research object,uses questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview methods to investigate the stress status of X fireworks enterprise employees,based on the data,analyzes and investigates the stress manifestations and stress sources of the employees of the enterprise The results show that the employees of this company generally suffer from high pressure,and the main sources of pressure include high occupational risk factor,interpersonal tension,low income but heavy family burden,lack of understanding and support from family members,etc.In response to the above stress problems,the author adopts cognitive behavioral therapy to intervene in the stress problems of the employees of the company through group work,and uses the interventional framework of cognitive behavioral therapy to change the irrational cognition of group members,establish new core beliefs,and make He mastered scientific methods of relieving pressure,and finally the pressure of group members was relieved to a certain extent,the ability to withstand pressure was enhanced,and the sense of self-identity was improved,and the goal of group activities was realized.Generally speaking,the stress problem of enterprise employees has group characteristics.Therefore,the author believes that the group work method is feasible in alleviating the pressure problem of high-risk enterprise employees.The interaction between group members and the guidance of group workers can be achieved.The effect of preventing and alleviating the stress of employees.
